Yikes, that was a lot more drama than I was prepared for, you sure know how to sucker punch both your characters and your readers. Liam needs to contact Corey, I'm sure his mom would love to help, and probably Jason's family too. The other option is to stay in hospital longer, I bet they can't discharge him if he hasn't got anyone at home. If there are any costs involved, the insurance company of the reckless driver will have to pay, along with Liam's car and restitution for damages and any loss of income while he's off work. Or at least that's how it would be here. Alek needs to man up and stop deceiving everyone, including himself. Apparently, Liam breaking up with him wasn't enough of an eye-opener, so I haven't got much hope this accident will be either. Maybe Liam can meet a nice male nurse?

What I liked most about the Rain story was how the characters kept changing from good to bad and back again, as we got to know them and their motives. Of course it was our perception and understanding of them which changed, and we were taught the importance of not judging first or even second impressions and opinions.

Well, i like a good fairy tale as well. I can't help wonder if Miss Silver will end up wanting to stay human if (s)he finds a nice boy to love. And as you can see I also wonder if the toad changed her gender just to make the task even more impossible from his point of view.

It's not so much that Alek is still in the closet which annoys me, but he actually forgot the plans Liam had for his birthday. Says it all about the lack of priority for his boyfriend's happiness. Liam made the correct conclusion and decision. Well this chapter certainly challenged your readers' belief in the earth mother. But let me point out she chose Logan as Tilly's earth mate before he became ill. Even if he was a jerk before the tumor appeared I think Tilly would have tamed him easily. She is both a clever and kind young lady, with a very strong will. I also noticed several hints that Logan has changed a lot and probably only reached this level of paranoia and aggressiveness recently. I think he's only temporarily insane from tremendous pain, and if Kellar can reduce the tumor and the pain, Logan will probably improve immediately. Even if he faces a longe recovery phase, Tilly's presence along with the hope of a future without pain should make all the difference. Please have faith in Gary, ladies and gentlemen. Oh, and in case you wonder: I haven't seen the next chapter, so I have no idea what happens next, even if I'm the editor. So I'm allowed to speculate. About the other Challenges and Desperate times of this chapter: Kellar and Tobyn have to tell the Vega pack about the hunters' silver and the use of copper, and make it convincing too. Kellar has to prove his credentials as healer, and they need to be seen as earth mates. All goes well, apart from Logans distrust. Of course, Vega pack are faced with such desperate times including the challenge of having two pack members disappear and no children - they are looking at looming extinction. Desperate times requires desperate measures, and relocating to Morning Star seems a good and perhaps the only possible solution. But that would mean new challenges for both packs: will Clarence expect to be alpha? Will the Morningstar pack accept him? He seems a good guy and a competent and kind leader. Does he have an earth mate at Morningstar? Finally, Logan's attack gave Kellar a whole new challenge with controlling the anger and instincts of his wolf, and Tobyn some anxious moments while he desperately tried to stop his mate from killing Logan. Scary stuff

Ohh, don't know how I missed this story. Owls are awesome birds. Surely he will be able to visit on the Spring Equinox as well? I liked how he had to realize all those warning, including his mom's about inattention were actually there for a good reason. Poor Brennan must be so confused and perhaps also intrugued.
