Well, I guess Officer Kill's slutty, heart-breaking behavior just caught up with him. He may have had his heart broken by a guy, but it seems Owen wasn't really happy about being nothing but a booty call. I wonder why ? I hope Josh keeps improving and finds some self-worth, rather than letting himself being steam-rollered by Mr. Hunky Cop.
-
Hmm, still not sure Officer Kills is the real thing, unless he turns out to be an Alpha werewolf who's just met his mate. Better go check the tags to see if this is that kind of story.
-
I think Josh has very good instincts and running away was the right thing to do. Officer Kills cones across as a predator with very little empathy or politeness. I hope Josh can avoid him or at least have Maris with him next time. She'll be able to tell the idiot where to stick his stalker tendencies.

Chapter 111 Private Tuition
Timothy M. commented on Dodger's story chapter in Chapter 111 Private Tuition
Robbie's like a boiler - he tries to suppress his emotions, especially anger, for fear of Don. When the lid blows off he may end up doing something monumentally stupid (I hope he kills Don rather than himself). The fainting etc is simply a sign of the stress he's under. I cannot believe no one at the hospital or at school has considered his need for a good counselor / shrink. -
Nothing brings you back from mourning better than being needed. Nico would never refuse to do his duty to his king, his people and his friends.

announcements Happy New Year and Announcements
Timothy M. commented on Myr's blog entry in Gay Authors Archive
Godt Nytår fra Danmark I've checked my notification settings and the box is ticked. Does this mean we'll get an expanded Ranger story ? (imagine big begging puppy eyes here) -

so they saw off one horn of all their cows before sending them to be slaughtered ?

First I was with Noah's mom, but now I'm with Jordan. I hope Noah tells both him and his mother to go to Hell. I'm guessing Aiden is coming back and wants Jordan to share a place - but that's NO excuse, since Jordan should simply say he's already going to share with his boyfriend.

Please do, I love those two. And I was all over the stalker line. I liked the way Stephen wasn't lying to himself about how he felt for Lewis after the first date.

Good one, wildone.

Indeed they are. I don't go back to work until January 2nd.

I didn't really notice his hair. But I have a vague recollection of him being sort of blond rather than red hair. and it's not the actors we object to, but the original Marvel comic (I think).

Where Do You Fall on the Grammar-Stickler Scale?
Timothy M. replied to Valkyrie's topic in The Lounge
I don't have to take the test to know I'm in the 8-10 range, probably a ten for Danish grammar. -
Oh, I liked the helmet and the effect, that was absolutely awesome. The like was only for the Thor name.
-
The helmet and the effect would be awesome, if they didn't pretend the Norse God Thor looked like the silly Marvel superhero version. https://satwcomic.com/nordic-halloween Although, I have to admit he looked better in the most recent movies.

Amy is cool, and I quite like Sophia too. And it's so funny to think how protective Julie's mom is, and how she'd never let a boy visit, but she'll be fine with Amy sleeping over. But then, no rick of unwanted pregnancies, so fair enough. I hope Julie is clever enough to stay quiet and experiment as much as she needs to until she's sure. I think she and Amy will be good friends, rather than girlfriends, but perhaps not.

story critique Improve & Encourage #13: The Tollbooth Operator
Timothy M. commented on Renee Stevens's blog entry in Gay Authors Archive
Thanks for prodding Aditus, @Renee Stevens - It was so long ago, I thought my turn had slipped by both of you, which would have been OK. But I'm happy Frankie had a quick spell in the spotlight. -
Don't post your answers here. Send them to Renee as per instructions. (Maybe read the initial post more carefully in the future.)

gender & sexuality "Wearing men's clothes doesn't make you a boy."
Timothy M. commented on Thorn Wilde's blog entry in The Fantastic Mr. Wilde
Hopefully, one day you'll be able to feel you're a guy who's having fun doing drag, or dressing up as a woman for a laugh or a play, or any other of the many reasons cis men have to wear a dress. But I can certainly see the point about having to validate your gender by the clothes you wear. We ALL wear clothes to make us feel good and accepted, to fit in at work, with our family, or friends etc.- 11 comments

Christmas Story Special Review
Timothy M. commented on Renee Stevens's blog entry in Gay Authors News
You're welcome @Renee Stevens I'm glad we've been able to help, including Cia who posted the reviews while you were focused on a more important part of your life. Godt Nytår fra Danmark and see you in 2019. -
Loved the statements you gave, especially the one pointing out the vile role of that B.... Well done, Carlos.

Thanks for the scene. I noticed Geralt didn't try to help Cedric, he simply accepted his word that he was dying (and nothing could be done, I suppose). He didn't even hold his hand or touch him until he was dead. Rather cold IMO.

story critique Improve & Encourage #13: The Tollbooth Operator

Eventually. I'm off writing at the moment. -
Glædelig Jul og Godt Nytår, min ven. I can remember the Jay broke his arm and his bike incident being mentioned in the main story, and it was great to see it fleshed out through Jerry's eyes. I didn't realize the three siblings were so close in ages, but that explains why they are so tight in their relationship. I liked Jerry's way of telling the story, having those asides and random thoughts made me feel like I was siting next to him and hearing it told. Tak for julegaven, kære ven.
