To see Andy through Marcus' eyes like this was interesting. I could feel just how open Andy was, even though he didn't really know what he was doing. Perhaps not admitting it to himself. His body knows, though, and it craves these new sensations. I have a feeling Andy will run away if they ever end up at Marcus' place. Some cool night air and a walk can make those suppressed demons raise their ugly heads. If I were to suggest anything, it would be to perhaps remove a few of the mentions of the protective streak in plain word. Maybe show it another way, just to have it not be repetitive.

Nothing like a little warm and fuzzy after an action filled story! Kian and Daven deserve to be happy together and have a nice, uneventful life from now on. Thank you for writing this! I loved it!

I think part of Stuart's reaction was from shock. Not knowing how to handle something can make you back off. Still he made the offer, albeit a bit fumbling. The choice to make a change had to come from Cyril. The shame in relationships like this is often heavy. It's so hard to admit to being mistreated by the person who is supposed to love you. I'm glad you liked it! Thank you! A difficult situation with so much emotion on both ends. Scary to try and do something and even scarier to accept the help. Hopefully, they were simply douches. I wouldn't wish for anyone to be in an abusive situation. LOL! You just had to go there, didn't you? I'm glad it didn't get you down... It was part of my challenge to myself to writer shorter stories and get my point across in more concentrated form. I'm glad you said compact, because that was the aim. Hopefully, the lower word count didn't result in an incomplete feeling. To hear you say this makes me very pleased! I was nervous about not getting enough of the characters outlined, since I tried so hard to stay in that moment in the elevator. I felt the same about the ending, and perhaps I should have worked harder on it. I wanted to focus on the main scene and to elaborate on the ending made me fear I would balloon into another 1000 words... In hindsight. it was perhaps the wrong choice. But I'm glad you enjoyed it anyway! Who knows what will happen? Cyril keeps his secret well guarded and it's difficult to break through. Not much Stuart can do, but wait. Frustrating to say the least. Sometimes, it's good to stop and think about just what could be behind a person's prickly behaviour. Some are asshats, but some could have a history you know nothing about. As for more... We'll see. Stuart tried to be a good person even if Cyril was making it difficult. Perhaps he sensed something even before. Hard to know how to help, when there's nothing you can do really.

I believe love exists, since we all have such a longing to belong, to have someone that is firmly in our corner. Friends and family can fill some of that void, but not all. Not fully. And that's the saddening part. To see someone you hold very dear as a friend, not find what they are looking for. Love is random and unpredictable, impossble to control, no matter how much we try.

A final battle against that evil goddess. With their deep bond they came out victorious. United they can take on anything. And I feel bad for the professor too. But that's the way of the world. You can be pretty brilliant, but no one realizes. Sad...

It's both heartwarming and a bit disturbing to think how small acts of casual kindness can make such a difference for someone. We never really know the hidden depths of the people around us. It's good to be reminded about the importance of reaching out and caring about the ones who share your life journey. It chilled me to think Miguel was only minutes away from losing his friend.

It's amazing when you meet those people who get you to the next level, who make you better and want to be better. Even if you don't stay in touch later on, they are always with you. Almost like little specks of diamond in your heart and soul. And I'm sure for many those experiences are mutual and influence them just as much. A nice take on the theme and a great portayal of an unusual mentorship turned friendship.

Things would indeed be easier if we didn't feel the need to label people all the time. Why is it so hard to simply see people for who they are and not add on preconceived notions without basis? Nice to see them settle into their relationship and take another step to making it more solid.

Momentum made him stumble inside the cramped space, but at least he made it. The relief he felt in catching the elevator quickly warped into disappointment when he noticed the guy in the elevator was Cyril. Not Cy, never Cy. This was both fun and uncomfortable. Since I never kill spiders, I feel pretty safe from their wrath. This perhaps alowed me to read without feeling too haunted. I hope they didn't eat him, even if he was a clumsy one.

Yay, Dillon! But don't walk away right after!! Gah! These guys are hellbent on making things difficult for themselves. I hope another prompt willlet us hear more of their story.

We all need that someone who can see us, really see us for who we are and guide us on our way. If we are lucky, that person also needs us to do the same. A sort of relay where one person pulls and lets the other rest, only to switch later on. Park and Ritch seem to have that. It's good Ritch gets to feel like the strong one. I think he needs that. Just as Park needs to feel like he doesn't have to be all 'big man in charge' all the time.

A great ending to a great story! I like that the boys can be friends again even as adults, but I feel sad for Brett living a life in constant search. I doubt he would have been happy if he stayed with Corey, since his inability to find himself is in the way. Corey made a wise choice to let him go. His life is more fulfilled due to his choice. Still, I understand that it's tough.

Their lovely evening turned sour because of that idiot. Kris is turning out to be a true bastard and quite scary to provoke such a reaction. Sweet to see Liam go into complete protection mode. And his surprise at the thought of having Seth in his house over night was simply adorable. I can't understand how his friend could give out his new number? Shouldn't she know they were not on speaking terms? Or at least get suspicious about why Kris didn't already have the new number. Very stupid.
