Just found this story, so I have read chapters one through four as of now. It's a very emotional story, but in a good way, I think. Keep up the good work, Kjamieson.
The three stories chosen nicely highlight the diversity of tim's work, which, in its entirety, is exceptional.
As long as you keep writing, I'll keep reading, tim.
Fantastic promo, congrats, my friend.
Strong sentiments in these beautifully written words. They're going to stay with me a while...
PS: Your mum fought because she didn't want to leave you.
Unfortunately, some people do think Canada is part of the US. However, its probably just poor advertising, because there are PetSmart stores in Canada. It stands to reason they'd be part of this program too.
Rather than try and explain it - and mess up - I'm posting the topic, so you can read it for yourself.
What we have now is Chat Lite, which can be accessed on the Forum Homepage.
Earlier this week I reread Michael and Me - and not for the first time - and as I always have, I admired you for not giving up on tim, when many might consider that the easier road to take. Through tim's telling of your story, I could imagine what you were thinking, but I have to say it's been wonderful being able to see this story coming directly from your point of view.
As for you not being a writer? You have done a mighty fine job with this collection of words.
This may sound cheesy or cliche, but.... Words to live by, for sure.
As always, nicely done, tim.
Read the poem again, and felt the need to clarify my comment. I was referring to the final words at the end. Though, I'm thinking you figured that out, tim. Right?
