Hi Page! Aod and I are well and good. I got my 3-month checkup for heart and kidneys yesterday. Everything is still working and OK. I get these because I have to take medicines for high blood pressure. Those can cause problems for the kidneys, but so far everything is stable. Monday, my best friend took us out for dinner in honor of Aod's father's visit. I am enjoying having him with us. Aod and he will talk for hours enjoying each other's company. It's great to see. How are you, Morgan and Max?

I really enjoyed the description of the ritual with its details and explanations of what is happening. I also got some chuckles from the way Mac reacted to chewing peyote. The encouraging news is that Devin's work is paying dividends and the training will not take as long as expected. Thanks, Bill!

Arnaud's passing is sad, but he did go in peace with the help and comfort of Michael. His collection of art on display at the Louver will be a monument to his life and love for art. I suspect that Pierre may be another gift to the world from Arnaud. Pierre's request to watch Armand and Carl paint reminds me so much of Arnaud's interest.

Connor sure picked up things fast. Danny sure has smarts and stamina for a young kid. I'm glad that Connor also made sure to protect Danny from Ronin. He won the fight which was good, but now one of Shamus' secrets is very obvious. I wonder who the other young wolf was who was with Ronin.

Sheriff Reid is a good lawman. He asked a lot of questions that caused Jubal to become tense, but Reid did his job to get the facts and that benefited both Jubal and Lucas. Reid is also fair and not corrupts. Jubal now has the chance to continue his journey to Larkspur if he wants. I think he will hang around Bearpaw at least for a while. He still wants that wild horse to train and committed himself to helping Lucas build a barn or house. Bearpaw is a peaceful town, but Jubal is rightly worried about the kind of religion the people practice. Religion was not as polarized or corrupted as it is today. I won't speculate on any relationship between Reid and Lucas, although I had some great laughs over the comments! Great chapter, Gary.

Two great moms and one hunky gay friend of Rusty are giving Matty the same advice. I do hope Matty takes their advice. If Matty laid it on the line, Rusty may have a knee-jerk reaction, but he'll quickly end up in Matty's arms. Rusty's mom is a mess, and I feel sorry for both Rusty and his mom. Living with someone who is bipolar is extremely difficult. Been there, done that.

Dang you Myr! You had to pick a word that tripped my memory. Suddenly I thought of 'callow fellow' quickly remembering the song, "Try To Remember" from the musical The Fantastics. Then I had to listen to the song I first heard as a young and callow fellow. Now I'm deep in December and it hit me hard! Thanks for the emotional rollercoaster I'm now on!

Now dealing with the comments at an end, I will say I love this chapter. The Karaoke Kids were great! Perry continues to prove he is the best candidate for Kyan and the kids. I think both Liam and Reid are plotting to speed up the union of Perry and Kyan. I suspect that Jessica, Trudy and Jed not only know, but want Perry and Kyan to be together. I would find it unbelievable that they don't already know and approve. There are many reasons for this not the least of which are four tiny, no filter on mouths, spies in Kyan's home.
