I saw the review of Endings this morning. It was an excellent review. Endings is a great story and I'm happy you didn't stop after the first chapter. Many of your stories are continually read by people. I know that I enjoy rereading your work. Aod and I are doing very well. Aod's father is a wonderful man, and it is great to see them talk for hours together. Usually, when Aod's mother is around she constantly interrupts and changes the subject. She's not a bad person, but does make it difficult for Aod and his father to talk for more than a minute. Aod told me this is the first time he has been able to speak to his father like this. It make me happy and I will be a little sad when he goes home. Hope all is good with you.

Otis has great trust in Hudson. Even as naive as he is, Otis is willing to take a risk and pose for Hudson. I imagine the pictures of Otis are very hot, but will bring about some unintended consequences. I agree with Missy that Jackie is a player and is out to take advantage of Otis. I think that Otis will somehow reveal that Hudson has taken pictures of him and Jackie will pass that information to Watkins. Very erotic chapter. I like how we know what happened without giving out details. It was very subtle and skillful writing.

The three boys now have some adults that they can trust. Aunt Marie and Uncle Steve are very supportive and Mrs. Reinhart is understanding and has resources to help them. It looks as if the boys are on the road to a new normal life. Blake now has what he needs to begin a new life. Craig is on his way home, but I am not hopeful that he will be well received by his parents, or at least by his father. Seth will need all the help he can get when he faces his mother and Stacy. I also wonder if his father will be there for the confrontation. I don't have hope that anything good will come about with Stacy, and Seth's mom is also in doubt.

The tension doesn't let up. First the cliffhanger with Valrinda missing. Now the Wisps have found the star, but it is protected by magic. How's Becket going to get around the magic protecting the star? The Wisps did say they might be able to track Valrinda, but will they if Becket does get the star?

Hi Page! Aod and I are well and good. I got my 3-month checkup for heart and kidneys yesterday. Everything is still working and OK. I get these because I have to take medicines for high blood pressure. Those can cause problems for the kidneys, but so far everything is stable. Monday, my best friend took us out for dinner in honor of Aod's father's visit. I am enjoying having him with us. Aod and he will talk for hours enjoying each other's company. It's great to see. How are you, Morgan and Max?

I really enjoyed the description of the ritual with its details and explanations of what is happening. I also got some chuckles from the way Mac reacted to chewing peyote. The encouraging news is that Devin's work is paying dividends and the training will not take as long as expected. Thanks, Bill!

Arnaud's passing is sad, but he did go in peace with the help and comfort of Michael. His collection of art on display at the Louver will be a monument to his life and love for art. I suspect that Pierre may be another gift to the world from Arnaud. Pierre's request to watch Armand and Carl paint reminds me so much of Arnaud's interest.

Connor sure picked up things fast. Danny sure has smarts and stamina for a young kid. I'm glad that Connor also made sure to protect Danny from Ronin. He won the fight which was good, but now one of Shamus' secrets is very obvious. I wonder who the other young wolf was who was with Ronin.

Sheriff Reid is a good lawman. He asked a lot of questions that caused Jubal to become tense, but Reid did his job to get the facts and that benefited both Jubal and Lucas. Reid is also fair and not corrupts. Jubal now has the chance to continue his journey to Larkspur if he wants. I think he will hang around Bearpaw at least for a while. He still wants that wild horse to train and committed himself to helping Lucas build a barn or house. Bearpaw is a peaceful town, but Jubal is rightly worried about the kind of religion the people practice. Religion was not as polarized or corrupted as it is today. I won't speculate on any relationship between Reid and Lucas, although I had some great laughs over the comments! Great chapter, Gary.
