Really nice chapter showing the developing relationship between Jayden and Troy's family...helping him to try and understand that he is a good person that deserves their help and respect! Troy will have to understand that Jayden has only been about helping him, from the moment he saw him...hopefully!

My dislike and disrespect for Wallace is simmering right above 100 degrees!! As drought and others have voiced, I think he deliberately and with malice, put Jayden's life in jeopardy...and the prosecutor was worst!! And these are the type of people we are supposed to trust and respect... not in this day and age!! Wallace should in a cell with the other two inhuman beasts...and soon, that mother and other son will find their way into a cell...they both need some serious AA (attitude adjustment)!! Poor Troy and Jayden... Excellent writing!!!

This was a feel good chapter, for sure...included everything, love, forgiveness, mischief, fun...LOVED IT!! Glad Derek sincerely apologized and the light bulb came on that he was being a _itch...and I think he looked at Theo for a bit of courage to help him right a wrong...simple!

Hmmm...Billy is not my idea of who I'd want by my side...where the hell was his balls when his boyfriend was getting his butt kicked..did he just fade into "punk-out" mode and then finally find the nerve to do something useful like HELP his boyfriend with a frying pan!! His character is NOT my idea of the "boyfriend" anyone should be proud of...certainly not a stellar moment for Billy the coward!

Confusing, somewhat...but your stories always tie up all the loose ends and confusions in nice neat loving bundles as the story progresses!! Thanks Ronyx!!! I stand by my earlier assessment of Will...he's vain and unworthy, glad he's showing his true colors, so Troy can concentrate on healing with the right,"loving" support around him!! Let's let Wesley handle Will and the scum bags...I like his ideas!!! Excellent chapter...especially the way the detective handled getting Jayden to admit the truth...the hug afterwards was epic!!

Beautiful chapter...putting these two together was brilliant, in the sense that they both need healing and we would never have known how much Ian needs healing if you had not given him this son to love...to realize that maybe it's time for another love to awaken him..to live and love again...hence the fluttering tummy.. Now...about the talk...handled with care, love, sensitivity, and honestly.....you nailed it!! Should be required reading for all adolescents...some of us grown-ups too!! While I understand everyone commiserating with how Will feels...I still think that at a time where someone you love is in danger of losing their life, having horrific, lasting injuries in the event that he does live, I'm having a hard time with my "poor Will" gene...it's very hard to see someone you love suffer at ANY time, but those are the times we have to suck it up, man/woman-up and show up for the person that is in real physical pain...unselfishly just be that rock!! Don't hit me guys.....just different take on the situation...Hopefully, Jayden will take up the mantle, let the police know what his bastard cousins have done...but then again...his life is also going to be in grave jeopardy...oh geezzzz...Can't wait for the next chapter...and the next...and...well you get the pic!! Excellent commentary at the end of a very nice chapter!!

Oh wow!! Liam gets the job done immediately and with no excuses allowed!! At this point Derek is going to need a 'scope to help retrieve his head from his canal, because it's entering colon territory! Not exactly the understanding personality that these kids, "he cares so much about" need in their lives.
