Loving the 'slow dance' they're doing with each other...Coy is a lot more insightful, whereas Boone is a "let's do this"...they'll be good together, for sure!! Awww, my friend, HANDS DOWN... YOUR BEST DESCRIPTIVE, MOST VIVID AND DYNAMIC CHAPTER EVER!! I sure as heck hope Coy has been following, to save Boone(and me)from this 'cliff-falling' of yours!!🥺 BTW, can we please stick to 'cliffhanging' for a while after this...at least a chapter or two!! Storms, cliffs, swiftly running water(not from a showerhead), thunder and lightening, and stubborn mules...contemplating what the next chapter has in store for us with 'bated' breath(more like defibrillator on stand by)🤭

🥂 Thanks Spyke...minority is my middle name 🤭, Coy's age and his maturity has to kinda have an emergency meeting in the 'reality room' and come to terms with trying to be on the same page, in the same body, at some point!! So, Boone moving on might be the biggest help to Coy until that "meeting" takes place!! In the mean time, guess we'll have to come to terms with having to wait "PATIENTLY" 🥺 for six more days...or less???😇

This convo between the two of them needed to be had, this separation...heh, not so much, with how the times were, I think they still need to have each other's six!! Coy is feeling the pain of loss and impending loss...but Boone has been feeling pain and a sense of loss (albeit silently) for a long time...man up Coy, and recognize Boone's pain and anguish for once! Superbly written, Gar!

Rossn, couldn't have expressed the majority opinion better!! Just think if we all had to write the ending to all the stories we choose to read...why read them?? Why take a chance on reading such a well written story, only to be left teetering on the brink of 'hair-pulling' frustration! People usually like getting to the end of a story, for a conclusion, a resolution...NOT a cliff-hanging mystery...just my opinion...and we all know what opinions are like, "____, and we all have one"🤭 If I could write like you, I'd gladly finish the ending...unfortunately, not my forte.😏

I'm still hoping that two people that never got the opportunity to form a relationship that was thwarted even from high school (because even then Lee was a 'C-blocker', per se) will grow and get the chance to 'mature' with each other!! I for one can tell you that maturity and age are not always on the same page, not even the same book in some instances(hint the current occupancy of a certain 'house'), but I can also assure you that (being of old age and a 'kinda' sound mind) that none of us can say that we've not made mistakes or choices that were always in line with our age! Penn and Nash will fix this and move on and mature together instead of both spiraling into depression without each to help the other! Mistakes made...lessons learned...happiness acquired...hopefully love sustained! This story is awesome and I applaud you for your writing skills, look at the range of emotions you've evoked from us!🤭 And btw...Cam's story was NOT Penn's to tell, especially considering the fact that she was considering abortion, which is ALWAYS a difficult (at best) thought to contemplate!!! EAGERLY looking forward to the next chapters...💯
