As great as this chapter was I don't like David's thinking, and likely it will be as Parker predicts.. *pouts* Realistically, it follows David's MO, and it's not that illogical really. Maybe David does need to let Twoey go, if only to come to his own understanding. How things around him affect that remains to be seen. We already know that he loves Twoey, and that Twoey is his undoing, so say he manages to get Twoey to go along with that, it will be interesting to see his reaction. Especially if Twoey keeps it up with Erik. Ahhh! Yep, heartbreak all around.. My hope is that after talking with the Doc, and maybe consulting with his meditation guides, he will come up with a better plan. Must say, I love what he came up with using the dollar. That was a good plan.. Thanks SkinnyD!

It was interesting to get to know Clayton. Sounds like he and Alex had a good life. Now, what of his past? And secrets? I shouldn't be this excited should I? But I am anticipating a splendid mystery. And yes, what exactly will he do about Ben... Oh, and I think Barry might have learned a thing or two, the way he muscled that Quater rat.. Great chapter!

So, Toph. Something clearly needs to give with regards to Austin. Whether it is actually Austin or what he represents, it obviously needs attention. Otherwise Toph will never be completely visible I don think. I also think that he did feel more for Austin, but didn't allow himself because he felt he had to be invisible. Finding out Austin might have cared too, is probably messing with his head. Who knows. The other thing I find odd, is that he finds out about his roommates through Joanne. So, is he not having meaningful conversations with the people he lives with? He is with other people, like the gallery owner and Big Joe, and what do you do for work is very basic convo. Just struck me as curious. So much going on with Toph, but I like that you're making us see him work it out. As an aside, the months before my lease is up I sweet talk my car because I think it will explode if it knew I was trading it in.. I totally get Toph's thinking..

Nice chapter Caz. I'm as to curious how Oliver and Daniel will go, but I will wait to see how the story tells itself..

I wonder too, if Nobu's words were carefully chosen or if it was just chance. Either way, that was great. I have a feeling that although Viktor is a tad disapproving of his brother, Vlad will be a big help to him later.. This is so good..

My favorite part of this chapter is Andy taking off his shirt, and Zander kissing his scars. Trust and love, all in those simple acts. Zander's plan was brilliant. I also thought it sweet Zander pointed out their first 'meet'. The date was lovely. The Andy we know was hidden underneath that beaten down boy is emerging. It is heartwarming to see. Glad that he finally opening up to the doc, and hopefully this means he will be able to move past some of his emotional and physical roadblocks. A beautiful chapter Parker, thank you..

I said in a review a long while ago, that maybe Erik would help Twoey pass the time while David got his head together. I. Was. Kidding! I take it back, no Twoey kissing Erik. I hope David's idea for Mike is a good one. I can't think of what it could be, and giving back the dollar is a bad idea.. I hope it works out. Love how Tommy called Mark out and then just told David straight up what was said. Which means he knows about the brothers and the going ons. That's twice he let David know without actually saying it, that he knows David may be gay and is ok with it. Tommy is the coolest little bro. It was a good day for the brothers. A call from a distant aunt, cause grandfather said so? Hmmm.. Reinforcements mayhaps? David is not alone as he thinks.. Great chapter SkinnyD... I'm ready for the next..

Horror/An abandoned house/A Delivery man

Ahhh.. Thank you Tim. This was lovely and wonderful and so worth the wait... What I loved: The anxiety Russ felt trying to get home to Jacob. It was palpable, I wanted to hurry Chris and Evan along. Chris calling Russ brother. Jacob telling Russ that he needs him just as much as Russ needs him. Russ knows now, I hope that being needed and being needy are not at all foolish. I think that was a big thing for Jacob to admit, and good for the both of them. Russ telling Jacob that he was the most important. It doesn't diminish his love for his brother, but his guy is first place. The ring exchange, followed by their lovemaking. Beautiful, romantic, passionate. Hot. It was perfect and felt so real and true to Jacob and Russ. The shoebox. How awesome is Jacob for keeping it. Evan and Chris: never fail to make me smile. Your descriptions. I think I may need to do a walking tour of Denmark before too long. You paint a beautiful picture. As for round two? Of course I'm ready.. Mer, mer! (I think) Loved it Tim..

Took me long enough, but here goes. It was great to see the day unfold through Bodie's eyes. I always thought that Kendall and Michael's relationship would not stand as a model for just Nate, but For Bodie also. This chapter proved just that. Just by watching how K & M connect, and show love and affection without always having to touch, but by being in tune with each other was a lesson for Bodie. A relationship not defined only by the physical but also by learning to listen an to be aware of your partner's needs. It was interesting how perceptive he was while taking in the interaction of the two men. I feel this is a lesson that will serve Bodie well as a young man coming of age. He is already putting it into practice, if caring for Nate after the nightmare was any indication. I absolutely loved Kendall peeking in on them, though I suspect he was there for much longer. Big Mike and Colleen just have Bodie their seal of approval. It can't get any better than Grams and Gramps. The move-in, move-up date reveal: all the reactions were priceless. Nate's realization of what his uncles did for him and what it meant to him was just precious. Bodie benefits too, so win! Perfectly wonderful chapter Gary. Full of heart and love..

So excited to have you back Robert! Eager for Ryan and Clayton's story, as well as checking in on Bubba, Bulldog and the rest of the guys.. Kinda missed them. This is a great start by the way, a surprising little tease at the end there, but I'm hooked and can't wait to see where you take them..

So we get a little of Indie's backstory, but I'm even more curious about how this thing with Jameson went south, especially now that he's reappeared. And Preston, with that save.. However will Indie say thank you.. That convo in the truck was great.. Teague's reveal was priceless. And Cory wearing just his glasses for Efrain! Hot! Ok, maybe that's not what Teague said but still hot! You described the scenes so well, there was a feel of actually being at the club, interacting with the guys and their friends. Another great chapter Dayne, very well done! Btw, when I read Lope/wolf, I knew John would have something to say about it, and sure enough he did. Lol. Meta sneaks in everywhere.

This chapter was kinda all about brotherly love.. Tommy and David, I really love how they connect. I'm glad they're hanging out but not for the reasons David gave. Seems Tommy is also affected by the crazy ass dynamic in that house. Matty and Mark don't mess around do they. Wait, well I guess they do. I wonder if I should be happy for David or worry, should he get caught in Matty's web. Matty was very handy with David too. Then there's the friendship between Biggie and David. It stood out for me too this chapter, and like Parker mentioned, it's been interesting watching it develop. Now with Mark coming to town, how will our boys act with each other. Will Mark sense that he's been replaced once he sees David with Twoey? Will he and Twoey pick right back up? Will he feel territorial? Will Twoey be awkward with David there? And David? What will he do? So many questions I know... Can Sunday post tomorrow?

Mike? Man, that really throws things off balance. David's reaction is probably just reflex. In his mind if Twoey fully takes Mike back, it takes some of the pressure off of him. But, that could also work against him. While Twoey is not going to have that kind of relationship with Mike, Mike is hoping to make up for lost time with his friend, and David could very well see himself on the outside of that. How he reacts to that will be telling. Great chapter SkinnyD... Moving on.

Very poignant Tim. That last line did me in, but in its sadness lies the message that love perhaps is eternal.. Another really great piece..

This whole chapter had me going.. Preston and Indie are so right together. I thought Preston would be the one to take the Iceman down, but this is so much better. Although I'm rooting for Preston to stage a come back! Loved it! New stuff next..can't wait!

I can't say it enough, but a thing I love about this story is your ability to take us with you. And the relationship between the guys can't be beat! Papa Brett is one protective bear. I'm glad that he has Ceasar to settle him down a bit and remind him that CJ is for the most part, in hand. He just has to trust him. I think as a parent, we lose our heads sometimes. Do as I say not as I do. It's not even about hypocrisy really. Brett's still learning. Can't wait for more...

Never doubted it would be a great story, and from this very first exciting chapter I am so very intrigued. So much at play here, I can't wait to see where it goes..

A lot late, but I loved the chapter. There is much I learned about the more visible Toph. I am so engaged in his revelations. It will be interests to see where Toph lands with Niles, Steve and especially Gary all interested in him, though maybe in varying degrees. I'm curious as to how Gary, who is so obviously interested will handle himself now. As before, I am mesmerized by your description of Toph's lessons in painting, and what they reveal. You paint such a clear and vivid picture in my mind's eye. And for Toph, this clearly helps him sort through his emotions and thoughts.. Awesome me again SkinnyD, thank you!

Great ending to part one.. I really enjoy how Noel and Diarmad get on with each other now. You do get the sense that they always belonged together. Noel's powers are growing and it was not just his power but his sureness in his new position as King's mate. He chose wisely a third option. Thank you Adi, looking forward to the next...

I loved both of these Adi, but the first one I really related to. I can hear my cousins and myself laughing and screaming like wild beasts, then protesting later to all the mothers spoiling our fun.. The second rings so true also, who wants to go to sleep when there could be so much else going on..
