I wondered back in Cautious Man, if CJ would be unaffected as he seemed. He went on to say all the right things, but here we see he's not handling the emotional component to well. He made a decision with his head, and he's not wrong, but he'll have to figure out how to be mindful of his feelings and not do dismissive of Owen's. Chipper can maybe help with that. There is definitely a need to set limits with Owen. For his own good poor boy.. CJ has a diverse group of good friends. I don't think the dads needs to worry too much about him being spoilt. Besides getting him involved with the Foundation is great.. Chipper and Doc.. Love! Could another brother be coming to visit? Good for Chipper, handling Fleet 101 like a champ, with follow up questions too.. Great Chapter Carlos.. Fridays are sooo far away..

First off, I love, love the description of the house. Beautiful. Philip is a great guy. I liked the flashback to his friendship with Tait. We get a sense of who they were, and it will be interesting to see how much circumstances changed them. Philip obviously stayed friends, loving Tait even as Tait moved on. I wonder if the guilt he feels is borne from not sticking his nose in, when Tait was making a bad choice. Perhaps he saw something Tait didn't, and because he didn't step in, he's feeling the burden of what happened to Tait. Whatever the reason, he is still being an amazing friend, being there and taking care of Tait. Tait trusts him, and that good. I hope Philip is as patient as I believe as he's in for a trying recovery process with Tait. This is was an emotional chapter tim, but I believe there's a silver lining.. Can't wait...

Yes Eli, your family dynamic is definitely effed up, but I'm not gonna judge. the boys are three months apart, I can't even comprehend that! From the the prologue I feel like maybe Jacob left his phone on purpose, especially with the coded letter. Meaning he likely suspected something was going to happen. There lies the mystery of who and why. I love a good mystery, so next chapter soon please.. Well done Milos..

I'm kind of happy that Gary is being ignored, even though I hope Toph talks to him about it at some point. Gary may be too happy to let it slide. Christmas was nice, but what a way to start the New Year. Toph seemed to be making allowances in his life for Steve, and acknowledging he was falling for Steve. Then this happens. I don't see how Toph will forgive him. Toph built a fence and if Steve cares enough to depicket that fence, he has hard work ahead. That said, somehow I think that Toph not taking Steve to Euphoria, and in essence not introducing him to the family made Steve react badly. Maybe he doesn't full understand why Toph can't go back there, and he used the club and getting drunk and kissing strangers, as a way to leave Steve before Steve left him.. He had to know how Toph would have reacted to betrayal..Never mind me though.... Thanks for a great chapter SkinnyD..

Another great chapter.. I think Nobu is way smarter than he's letting on. Allowing Dante into the hotel, I thought what? Isn't that a security risk? But when Dante noticed the guards I figured it was no accident. Nobu had to have wanted them to be seen. I'm now convinced that Nobu is the one to watch. All his talk of brotherhood and traditionalism, taking him to the brothel, making sure that Dante is in his trust.. Which also makes me think that Nobu knows more about Dante than previously thought. He knew the bond of friendship and trust would mean something to Dante. Nobu's actions seem deliberate and calculated. So now they are going to pretend to be boyfriends to make Viko jealous. That never ends well. I think you have crafted some great nuanced characters. And what of Katsumi, her union to Nobu's father can strengthen the family? Can't wait for her story.. This is all so fun and the story is moving really well. I can't wait for more, even just to see how off my guess are.. Thanks Cynus...

Oh the horror of horrors.. On his bed. Gross. Skin crawls. I have to admit that I never let myself run with that train of thought, simply because I believed the Pastor and Tommy's mother were too steeped in the rightness of their religion, they would never have pig fucker sex. They were too involved with David. Well, what the eff do I know.. Poor David needs his brain bleached.. I worry still that something could go terribly wrong with the blackmail plot.. Since I can't obviously put anything past them, they just might retaliate negatively. Try to put it all on David, make him look like the troubled kid. The voodoo dolls provide grounds for questioning David's mental state.. I won't suppose what happens, I'm trusting you SkinnyD.. Matty. Is. A. Pimp. That's all.. Aww, poor Daniel.. Pain doesn't work for everyone and we all have our thresholds. I hope they find that guy. I have a feeling Toby and Tara are going to bump heads, but I hope he gets her to also discipline the other subs for humiliating Daniel. They should be looking out for each other, but I guess there's always going to be a 'top sub' mentality.. Nice chapter Caz..

I spent the day before reading, and now I'm finally caught up.. I'm glad you suggested reading again from the beginning. A lot is better explained, and I'm feeling much better about Casey's character from how he was in the start.. He is a good guy, and I love how you've progressed him and Jessie to where they are now.. This chapter was absolutely beautiful. And with that, when can I expect more? Lol.. Thanks Rusty..

This was a tough chapter.. It's so difficult to imagine that his mother won't have anything to do with him, when she knows of the abuse. He must feel abandoned, and by his sister too. To offer no help at all is terrible..

Reading this again, I'm still stuck by Casey's strength, in light of the abuse he suffered. He doesn't shy away from Charles an Sam as you think he would.. Your descriptions make it so easy to visualize the scenes.. I'm reading on...

I think Craig handled this amazingly well, considering.. Carly.. I'm so conflicted with my feelings about this woman. So hateful and devious. She steamrolled over so many lives, and for what? She ruined Jared's life knowingly, as she did her brother's. All to hide her transgressions? She probably ruined Ronnie too.. We will never know if having a baby could have changed his life. Hopefully this deal will allow her to see past her hate and jealousy, to understand that her brother is not out to get her. Maybe she will get help before she looses it all. When she got a glimpse of what could happen if Craig did do as he said, she kind of deflated. So maybe somewhere deep, deep down there's an ounce of remorse. But how goes forward will determine if she's even worth a thought.. I can't even imagine how hurt Jared is going to be when Craig tells him. Silver lining, Craig will not allow him to fall apart. Great chapter, Gary. I am anxiously awaiting the next...

This is not a valentine! But with a title like Doomsday I really shouldn't be surprised. I was all smiles and amused by the little things, Chuck and Matty, the Erik brush off, David checking the Vice principal out, then asking Twoey basically if he was hot. I was thrilled realizing that maybe David won't have to deal with Burch anymore. AP class perhaps? Possibly Burch getting tossed. I was soo excited to see what was on the recording, a little nervous too, and then wham! OMG, OMG! I don't want to believe they were hiding in his room waiting. But what else would make David not answer the phone.. I'm not smiling or happy now. I want off this cliff SkinnyD! I'm prepared to throw a tantrum..

The building romance is beautiful, sweet and tender.. The interaction and conversations with Peter are so natural and unhurried. Michael makes their trio more special. I love that Patrick could not or was unsure of Peter, when he could read everyone else. It is often that way in life.. Rereading PPC makes me appreciate your writing so much Tim. You tell this story so wonderfully.. I just have a slight issue with Peter. I bleed Arsenal, but he's sweet enough that I'll forgive him for being a Man U fan.. Thank you Tim.. I wish I could stop laughing at my imagined look on Indie's face as he's in the living room. I can't... I thought too that Preston was going to be brought to his knees by Indie. Oh, well you know what I mean. I can't help but love that Preston is the one who's all a mess. (I think indie hides it better) He wants this bad, and I want it for them too, especially after Indie spent the night without having to be asked. Preston's insecurities make him human and adorable. Indie us easier to accept and according to his students is also becoming human. There is a thaw after all. They definitely have something worth everything there should they want it and let's face it, they bring the heat just as much as Cory and Efrain! Loved the chapter Dayne... You know I'm already wanting more!

Shut the front door! I can't decide yet if Ambrose showing up is a good or bad thing.. It's his son, the jerky cop who is with him I'm assuming. The implications of them being there are making me sick with worry. Of course it could be a good thing.. Yep, I'll focus on that! I kind of don't mind that this marriage of convenience is taking place. I'm sure in RL I might have a bigger problem with it, but here it works. Does that make me a tad hypocritical? Oh well.. I'm glad too that even though the adults are ok with it, they are not without concern. The comment about boys getting married.. Too funny. Poor Monica walked into that.. Andy is resourceful to say the least. I like that he's taking a stand in not just letting things happen to him. It also means that running is not an option.. His confidence is building in leaps and bounds and he figured all this out to marriage! Didn't see that one at all.. Zander's jealousy and reaction to the unintentioned distance, makes us see that he is insecure and vulnerable too. Sometimes he needs reassuring. Okay, I'm moving on..
