Further intrigued by the neat explanation of Kellar's abilities. Also understand more clearly why Tobyn figures gay is the last thing he could be. His focus has been/is the future of the pack and it's repopulation. Then along comes this guy, and not just any guy, and throws him for a loop. I am curious to see how he will deal with his feelings toward Kellar and his duty to the pack. Then there's Tilly, how will she figure into it all. I'm sure if she sees herself in the role as heroin (for lack of a better word) to the pack's survival, she won't likely be too welcome to Kellar, no matter what his abilities. But, it's early days yet.. For now I'm enjoying the easy open way that is Kellar's personality, and how he and Tobyn are naturally drawn to each other. Well, onward to the pack lands.. Help is on the way! I hope that Kellar doesn't find much worse than he's expecting.. I'm really loving this story Gary.. Great job..

Given his reasoning, I'm not too disappointed with how Nobu left Daisuke. Masahiro let Katsumi go with no more than a threat too. I wonder if she will ever be completely gone. For fearsome mobsters, they still have noble hearts and some measure of respect for human life. Though Nobu won't be entirely free of the mob, he seems to be successfully trying to make it a much less brutal exsistence. Now I'm still anxious about the brothers and their dad.. That's a showdown I don't think that's going to go as badly as the boys think or Vladi really.. But I may be surprised...

David's conciousness is making way for the actual reveal. I think that the breakdown with Sam, and good that it was with Sam, was more of a culmination of events just finally coming together. Overload.. This is where Dr. K will help bridge the gap to him really piecing together the fish signicance with Burch. As much as I wanted the PF's gone, I think them being dead at this time is unfortunate. I think David should have had an opportunity to confront his monsters. David tends to internalize and has his own reality when it comes to serious issues. That hasn't proved to serve him well. He asked that they be never mentioned EVER.. Well, that's not healthy or realistic is it? If avoiding the topic should work, what will be the catalyst for another breakdown. Those things tend to fester.. That said, hopefully Dr. keating can help put that in perspective too.. Also, I'm not sorry they met their end at all... David is closer to accepting that Alex is nothing more than a friend, and that's good. I have faith that he will be more than ready to accept who he is once he gets it all sorted and the pieces finally come together.. Twoey has to be affected by what David said. He has been feeling the disconnect without David too. Was he sobbing before the call or because of it? Will he feel moved to go to David or will Erik check his phone and then show Twoey who he really is? Well, we know Syracruse is coming so let's see what the boys have to say. I really want to know what Joey's deal is and why he's got such a hold on chase. I can't imagine what Chase is in for from him. At least Chase and Eli had a nice sleepover. Loved the easy convo between the two, especially in the morning and Eli's non verbal talk with himself while the two were being handsy. Ever so curious about Bobberson's recklessness. Bring on Sunday!

Oh, so glad I caught up. I thought something might happen but not that kiss! Jackson reciprocated! I expected him to be a little ambivalent seeing as he wasn't quite sure what it was he was feeling. Now what happens when the universe rights itself! Fingers crossed he doesn't treat Luke badly after!! I hope he shows how he's grown. Wait, teenager. That might be asking too much!! Also now I'm wondering if mom has a sixth sense. Great chapters!!

This was great!! I am in love with Faris.. How can you not be, he always just pulls off these capers. James can't even be annoyed not even for a second.. Maybe one day Faris will clue us in on the mystery gifts.. I'm always lighter after reading about these two guys. Thanks tim.

The title of this chapter put me in the mind of something my mum says, though I don't know that's the context you meant... 'Six of one, half a dozen of the other'.. That's Alex and David and Twoey and Erik... But, it looks like one way or the other they will be figuring it out soon, or at least they'll be forced to. Alex is good so far for the one thing right now. Her insistence that David not ignore Twoey's situation is great, in spite of what that will mean for her eventually.. I think I see what you're doing Mr. Dragon.. Randy's decision is the best he can do... Great chapter as always SkinnyD!

Fendral, the Malaise, the effects of the malaise, no other known packs, the shifters dying...all so disheartening. I can't imagine how Tobyn and his pack feel. I really do hope that Kellar will be able to help. Tilly's sister? I see tension ahead. Tobyn's connection to Kelkar will be almost impossible to miss. I also hope the pack accepts Kelkar and they gat a lead on why all of this is happening. Tons more Q's Gary, but I suspect the answers will make for some interesting chapters. For now I will hold on to my assumptions about just how special Kellar might be.. Another great chapter..

Holding on to a grudge is easy, but it takes a lot of work to be angry at someone all the time. Especially if you're going to keep running into them everywhere. Now at least Corey and Jason have a chance to work on repairing the friendship they had and maybe build something else.. Who knows.. Nice advancement Lit!

That was a very nice dinner date with the couples. After Patrick said he had no other friends, I felt badly but not for long. This was so relaxed and fun. I felt like maybe if I dropped in at the table it would be okay.. Rude, but ok.. Lol.. I love how did you meet stories and this one did not disappoint.. I look forward to these four getting to know each other, being life long friends and sharing lots more nights and good times like this.. Patrick inches closer to contacting Fiona. I think it he's smart to not take Peter just in case. Fingers crossed for him.. Lovely chapter Tim..

Great chapter Rex.. That was an important part of history and I so appreciated Clayton's telling of it.. The harsh truth of it made me a little sad, but there's no denying the reality. I was young but remember being very confused when the information and misinformation was coming out and the fear of the unknown was so present. There's still just so much that's taken for granted because for many, there's no real understanding of what came before.. On a less serious note, had I known history lessons would have an ending like this, I might have begged for a tutor.. These two are definitely in sync.. My screen might need a heat sensor.. And is the secret really coming?.... Thank you Rex..

I've had three chapters to read... Pure joy now that I have.. I am amazed by Toph's growth and insight in that time span. Ending relationships that weren't meaningful, figuring himself out in the process, handling his mother with class and kissing Gary.. All good things. I hope he he does get to reconnect with Merle and if he gets answers on Steve that'll be a bonus. I would like to think that Charles reaching out now, has nothing at all to do with influence from their mother. In spite of my initial wariness of Gary, I like where they are right now. Gary is certainly trying to prove himself, and he's taking good care of Toph too.. Can't imagine what the holiday will bring.. Now that Miles/Harold bought the painting, I wonder if there's going to be a Miles and Ian vignette.. And yes...Anticipation..

Well, David kinda, sorta, maybe let it hang out there that he was at least a little gay, even if he is cute clueless.. Let's see what else Randy can coax out of him. I have long accepted that David is going to come to this realisation slowly and at his own pace, as agonizing as it is to us. But any faster, and he'd run away from it still. Then there's the Burch factor. But, he's moving in a direction at least. I'm hoping he stil has the time to chat with Danny.. I hope he never gets to go all the way with Alex. I hope he won't be able to get it up. I just think it'll be messy if it gets to that point.. He's noticing also the hold Erik has on Twoey.. When is Twoey going to notice.. I was was hoping that Matty would want to be Chuck's boyfriend. They were so cool together, but Matty let someone else have Chuck, so would he do that if he was interested in Chuck as a boyfriend.. Happy for Chuck and Curt though.. Monogamous or will they all now play together? I miss Ginny's presence, and her wisdom, and her relationship with David.. Great chapter SkinnyD!
