It's a vicious move and an instant fight stopper, but not something to use lightly. You use it and they're going to a hospital.

I'd ask how could someone as relatively smart as Seth be so dumb, but I've seen people like this. This is not going to a good place.

I realize Seth grew up without a dad who might have taught him how to stand up for himself. Mine died when I was one year old. My mother taught me to fight dirty if necessary and I bless her for it. Craig keeps telling him he'll 'kill him' or hurt him. Seth needs to threaten Craig where he is most vulnerable, football. 'You try to hurt me and I'll make sure your football days are over.' It's very easy to take out a knee because they aren't made to bend sideways. As to this continual threat to ban Seth from driving, call the bluff and toss her the keys. Who does it hurt the most? Stacy.

Seth's closet is becoming tattered. Whether he likes it or not, he isn't going to be able to keep up pretences much longer.

Wyn, like most kids who were neglected or abused, loves attention. In this he is similar to Kalian. But they grew up in different circumstances. Wyn is more used to fending for himself than Kalian was at his age.

What a mess. Seth complains about having to haul Stacy around, but he set the rules by agreeing to his mother's condition of doing so to buy him a car. He gave in too easily. He could have negotiated some leeway into the deal. Seth needs to get a backbone and start standing up for himself. He's a pushover. Now I want to see what blooms between Seth and Blake.

Prick teaser, gossip, slacker, Stacy has few redeeming qualities while Seth is a model of a good son and gets little credit for it. Now we know all this time Stacy has been revving Craig's motor, but won't touch his gear shift. No wonder Craig is looking for relief. This sucks for Seth either way.

Blake's parents are asshats. Since he and Seth are the same age and Seth has never seen him before, I speculate he goes to a private school. Maybe part of his punishment will be banishing him to a public school where none of theirs friend's kids will see him. This whole mom asking Craig to fix him up with a date thing has ensnared Seth in a nasty trap.

I also agree with many of the comments made by @weinerdog @raven1 and @drsawzall. The family dynamic here is unfairly skewed. Seth could have easily covered if he had kept a closer rein on his curiousity and hormones. He needs to practice the 'chest stare' with good peripheral vision. Personally, the removal of driving privileges is a weak threat and double edged because it would also deprive precious Stacey of rides. I'd have said yes to it. Seth's mom needs to start acting more like a parent to Stacey than a friend. I want to know more about the mysterious cutie at the hospital.

The conversation with Loren about throwing the fight with Rydian was long overdue. Talon was oddly the best choice to do it as a damaged and discarded prince himself. Murder princes. Talon's, "I hate me too. Most people do." Is a sad, but succinct distillation of his life before he had his family. Loren has been hiding his deep pain behind playful humor for a long time. This had to be talked out. I see why Kalian and Talon want to shield Wyn as long as they can from the horrors they went through. I doubt it will work.

The proximity of the house is the reason I don't see why they use it so little and made such a big issue over the noise.

I have nothing against tablets in general other than the frequently obtuse icons. I can only use a tablet, but only small ones. I just loath Apple.

This is becoming repetitive. There are ways to do this and include Mac without Devin being Superman single handedly saving the day every time.

All you say is valid, but Devin is still making all the decisions and plans without discussing much of it with Mac. It's his plan or nothing. Devin's ability has given him a superhero complex of solving problems solo. At some of these locations, you'd think there would be cameras. The administration is worried about bad publicity, but failing to notify students even generally about the danger is absolutely inexcusable.

Here Michael is at 26 and thinks he's too old for college. Eric, having been, knows better. I remember a man and his wife in some of my classes and they were in their fifties. Michael's biggest sin here is lashing out in anger at Eric.
