As I was reading the chapter I was imagining this confrontation happening with Aunt Daisy but I thought it would be in a future chapter. I don't remember if you said if the church they were going to was Catholic or not. I never heard a homily in church where homosexuality was the topic and I never heard anything even remotely as hateful as this pastor. Although I do know they exist in other churches .Remember the "God hates fags" pastor? Also another reason I doubt that would be a topic in a Catholic Church is their own very poor record with pedo priests and the appalling way they handled it. Aunt Daisy just totally rejected her culture I would say that is such an overreaction just because her father left them.Is she ashamed of being Native American? So it looks like Jacy will either go to Aunt Lily or his Grandfather. I'm hoping Micheal will end up there also. I wonder if Aunt Lily is aware of Skye's attitude toward relationships and that why Aunt Lily warned Jacy. I'm really looking forward to @Summerabbacat take on this. And you know something there isn't anything even he could say that would be too harsh about Daisy

A lot of readers have come to similar conclusions and I thought that also when I first read it ( Although my mind isn't all that great @Cane23😄) After everything was settled and the boys were packing up their things, Juan Camilo pulled me aside. That exchange I think is more evidence of Hunter being used as bait to get close to a DEA target Miguel as @akascrubber says. After what Ricardo showed him what he is packing Hunter could do some oral on Ricardo .It would probably work better for Ricardo then the painkillers😄 As far as Hunter making it to Ferney's I'm picturing Santiago Ramírez intercepting him before he gets there. I have to believe once they realize Hunter is missing they probably have his online activity monitored. Kyle the perfect character in So many ways.If you get stuck on a chapter just have Kyle do something...very Kyle like. Not the appearance so much because I'm sure made himself at least fair looking but his personality I picture him like Higgins from Magnum P.I the original one not the reboot with the hot babe
