This chapter resonated with me...It was too close to home literally.It was fiction meets reality in sort of a way...especially when Alarik's grandfather was telling him it's hard to find long term relationships in the gay community!..Boy was he right. What he didn't add was ..it's even harder to get into a long term once you hit your 30s. Feels like once you are past 30..your date-ability index kinda plunges. I should know😆.I have lost count on the number of times been told you are 'old' when I sought out some fellas on apps..

This chapter is a case study of how looks can be deceiving!..I felt sorry for Lyn..Having to pretend to be something you are not just to fit must be terribly taxing on one's psyche!...and to think he had to do that for four years..eh...just realized this chapter just given me insight on the first chapter ....Lyn is a textbook example of Overcompensating ..eh Thanks for the update!

This was a really warm and beautiful chapter...you have captured physiotherapy in such a way that it doesn't seem clinical.Like reading it could feel the connection that Josh has with these people who are helping him on way to recovery. I almost forgot was reading about a teenager who is in recovery. Thank you!
