This is developing slowly, the management noticing Taggert is needing a steady hand like Ash. I know I would not like watching the branding, so it seem something traumatizing happened in a similar situation in Taggert’s past. Hopefully he will start opening up to Ash soon.

Love Poitr as soon as the deed is done, he’s asleep. It had been a difficult day after all. And the snoring… love that he moved in, he didn’t need to be living in that hovel when Flynn has this spacious place to live in. But maybe get a shower installed. The glass wall separating them from the law firm is interesting.

You are doing the genre justice. Really packing a lot into these short chapters. Always tickles to bring up the light after every serious event.

This seems like a relationship the will continue to grow. They are both going to have tough decisions to make. Alex probably harder, the family just sees him as another cog in the machine of their farming operation…

Colt loves spending time with Noah and helping him with things. He may more often wake up next to the cutie from now on. Amy does seem to appear out of nowhere, many times. Like she is stalking Colt…

If Rhaelce, has feelings for Malik, maybe he can overcome whatever superstition is causing him to be afraid… it would be sad for both of them if this truly ended their relationship. Hind of a cliffhanger ending to a book. Looking forward to the next one.

Finally Val forces Ashot and Stephen to get together… Darian is correct about telling Ashot he is too smart not to be able to read, and gives him good advice about waiting for Stephen to get over his upbringing and take Ashot’s hand in public. Poison was prolific in those times for killing people. Did the priest even realize it? The gift of the Norsemen’s oath was quite something. Wonder how they will fit in with the Vanguard family? The don’t seem to have any issue with MM relationships.

Brant really was a stallion in this scene. I’m very glad Brant reinforces his feelings that he wants to continue to be in this relationship when they return home. Wonder if Brant had told his parents he was playing a gay part in a film. They seemed to take the “Bromance” news ok.

Excellent wedding. Did Neven get his fingers back? Or were the cut ones on his other hand. They are so in love, and opening the whole country to same sex marriages.
