Dang, it was so good till the end, Josh couldn’t keep his mouth shut to his snake of an older brother, who is the reason Joey had to run in the first place. Hopefully being kidnapped from the courthouse will count for something at his hearing… maybe the feds will help out with that. I feel like the house may be a trap too. Was Josh’s phone tapped?

This chapter with the flipping back and forth between the 2 men was very interesting. What’s going to happen to Reed, the younger being shot, would certainly have some effect on the older version. Will Stoker get a watch and the go get Hugo??? What will Billy do, he has been taught well by Hugo, it’s his decision what to do with the watch he now holds. Seems like 3 options, use it himself, give it to Dottie, or give it back to Hugo…

Alexander is very possessive of Lyn. And Lyn still seems ignorant of Alexander’s true feelings, and intentions. Seems like more than brother-in-law actions with Luke, nude wrestling on the beach.

So this dinner is interesting and still didn’t get to the story, Jimmy seems to attract bi-guys or pan-guys… and most of them don’t last long… some do, but not most.

It seemed like Stoker was living all of the memories that had yet to happen in his timeline. I like the preemptive strike. Don’t let the men get to the lounge to capture Stoker to begin with.

Zain reveals who he is and fights a zombie battle. Meanwhile on his homeworld his mother and brother lead a fight against the beings that want Zain as a tool. Fantastic chapter. What does the bracelet do?

The epilogue gave us the ending of the most evil characters. There is so much more for the future with the new king. Loved this story all the way through.

It seems like Killian is gaining more abilities as he gets a little older. Where is he going to get help training these abilities? Looking forward to the next book.

Erik is fortunate to have two successful artists mentoring him. He had to have had some help from his school teachers along the way too. His talent showed through in the art contest. This is what John envisioned with the barn/studio to have many artists working there.

Dottie has completely underestimated Hugo. And I agree she needs to meet Thomas in the hall of mirrors too. What happens to Miller, does he die in the hall? Or does Hugo take him back and give him to Dottie? If he dies, then there is a watch available, like the watch Hugo found on the dead soldier back in the beginning.

Now that Henry has a watch, he will remember this time with Hugo! Going into battle together. Is this new watch for Stoker? That has been something that’s been missing, 30 yrs on Hugo’s par? Not physically aging, just living that long? What about project CHRONOS? Need to investigate that too. I’m so looking forward to D-Day…
