So many new sights and sound, taste and smells; the newness must be almost overwhelming. Can't wait to see how they adjust to the school.

As anyone that has ever been to or been around a private school in the US or a public school in England knows that there are no secrets....

So Isnyl will become Isaac; let's hope he gets up to date quickly with his English, after all, bullies are everywhere in the English public school system. Glad to see that the family will be in a better shape after this encounter, and not have to work quite as hard. Although moving up a level and going to school will not be as easy as some would think.

Maenyl is fully recovered and ready to go back to his old life; or is he? Will he be ready to step into his position as Crown Prince or take some ore time to get ready for it; still don't understand why his family did not better prepare him.

Well, a picture was worth more than a thousand words; in this instance, it was worth a whole memory. Not sure how this will play out; Mason will have to go back but what about this budding romance?

Not sure running away solved anything; it just delayed the inevitable and may get the people that helped him in trouble. Would have thought security would have been tight enough that cameras would have shown where he got out and what happened. This chapter felt a little forced.

I don't think either Stephen or Jeremy would like Charley's no matter how good the wings are... The second it become us versus them; it never ends well. Nettleman is a racist piece of shit but it turns out that most of Parker's friends may turn out to be as well. Glad to see that Parker's mom is getting a better idea of what is actually going on. Hate that his dad may be losing a few patients; but as he is the only cardiologist in the town it is going to be them that have to inconvenienced moving forward.

Glad to see that Lucas got his posting back; that he lost it in the first place just never made any sense to me; felt more should have been explained at the time. The family is spending a lot of time on Earth, just allowing the kids to be exposed to the life there or what? This chapter seems to leave a lot of unanswered questions that need answers; hopefully the upcoming chapters will answer some of them.

Liked this book and the fact that it stayed focused on basically the work of Lucas throughout. The story was streamlined in a manner that I felt made it easier and more enjoyable to read. I did feel that chapters 8, 9, and 10 had a pacing issue and were a little choppy when reading; but it did not significantly impact my enjoyment of those chapters. I do hope we get some further look at the actual life in space; that said, I hope we also get to keep up with what Lucas is doing and how he adjust to being back basically as a resident of Earth. What happened with his family, did they come with him?

Really felt that this chapter was almost a vindication for Lucas in that what he was trying to accomplish was done so and he got a position that will at least allow a limited ability to travel back into space.

Really did not like how this chapter went. UPRS acted as capricious as any governmental body on Earth. Makes me question their intentions all along if they can just jettison someone that had done that much for them in such a cavalier manner. Boo Hiss....

Dealing with any quasi governmental agency with that many members is never going to be easy. While moving would made sense on so many levels for the UN, choosing where to move is an issue that could be more time consuming than you can imagine.

Glad that construction is continuing; but I someone doubt that the US has just given up.

Certainly glad that the attempt to make another base on the moon failed; do hate that any loss of life might have occurred but the simple fact it was there would have made the situation on the moon much more dangerous. Glad they are setting some areas aside just for the wildlife that will certainly spring up on the new islands. Do hope they have checked to see how stable the land masses are going to be.

Yea, Canada... It would be very important to get vegetation planted as soon as possible for a variety of reasons.

Not sure how feasible it would be but getting the UN to a more neutral site would be a great idea. The new islands would either be closer to Canada or Greenland, thus Denmark than the US; but can see the US trying to bully everyone to claim them.
