The only thing you can do is be there for him when he needs you. Now we all know that you are grumpy and mean and sarcastic, but that's only on the outside. You're a good friend. Take the crap from him and give love back and he'll keep coming back because he knows your there for him, taking the knocks, no strings attached. In the meantime send him positive thoughts and try not to worry because that sends you off balance. If you believe in that sort of thing... or maybe even if you don't light a candle in the window to light his way back.

I like the colours in Cailen's but to be honest I like simple and direct so I have to go for the second one. In the first one your name is not clear at first glance and it doesn't mention your story. Maybe save the first when you have more stories. I have to admit the first one is more artistic and exciting but it depends on what you want.

Have you taken a look around the Gallery here. There is some very nice art. You might want to consider putting some of your work in there. I work in acrylic myself but there are quite a few artists who have pencil drawings or pen and ink, that kind of thing. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would love to see your work.

I totally agree with Dragonfire. I have some things that I look back on that i would prefer not to have happened but i don't regret them. I was talking to someone about this today and I said initially that I regretted the decision I made that led to me breaking my back. But when i thought of it i realised that there are so many good things that would never have happened if I hadn't. I wouldn't be working where I am with all the wonderful people i have met here. I would still be running around trying to find myself instead of sitting still and just being myself. I probably wouldn't be writing or painting and I wouldn't have had the strength I got in fighting my way back from it SO... I have no regrets

Awww hun, what a nightmare. And of course the one thing you missed out of that, typically, is that you must be frantic with worry yourself. Try not to take what your mother has done to you personally. In situations like this people have to hit out and you are the safe bet because she knows you'll be there for her on the other side. You HAVE to take care of yourself. A glass of milk does NOT have enough nurtient and certainly not enough minerals. At the very least get yourself some supplements. At a pinch you could get the energy drinks (not the ones like red bull) that they give to patients who are unable to eat solids. I'm sure your family could get hold of some. Have you thought about natural herbal remedies to help you sleep. Lavendar oil is very good especially if you put some in a warm bath before you go to sleep. if there is anything I can do just call

We are who we are and if we closed our door to anyone, no matter what their orientation we would be as prejudiced as those we fight againt. Do you really need to put a label on your sexuality? Just take life as it comes and don't turn love away no matter what package it comes in.
