Chris Williams was exiled from Parker Valley Pack after participating in an attack on the mate of another wolf. After being forced to leave the only home he knew, he was taken in by a pack on the west coast as a favor to his old Alpha. At the suggestion of the counselor helping him work through his many problems, he began keeping a journal of his thoughts on what got him to where he is.

The story follows Kandric and his brothers through a world of magic and danger. Monsters of all sorts dominate this story in a very gritty world full of slavery and other things not mentioned in polite society. Kandric makes his own path. Dare you follow?

The story continues (from "Chronicles of an Academic Predator" and "1968") with a new narrator, Stefan, and a new era. This story is set in 1973-74, a period of history that is noted for events such as the Yom Kippur War, the Arab Oil Embargo, and Watergate. More than in past stories, economics are a big issue here, due to increasing inflation and an extended bear stock market.

Caleb Micco has been merely existing ever since his banishment from his Montana pack-- living in Texas, but refusing to become part of the pack willing to take him in. His thoughts are leading him down an ever-increasing dark path. Can a chance encounter with a local farrier make a difference in his life? Bigger question- can it make a difference in the lives of the hybrids stuck between human and wolf?

THE MANTIS CONTINUUM leaves behind the grimdark style of the previous story, and it morphs into an eldritch tale of psychic confrontation. A man living alone in isolation is found and helped, but with very unexpected consequences.

A year has passed since the events of "The Mantis Variant - Book One" and the clash between the underground and the tower. A group of Biological Shifts has started slaughtering Messiahs in Teshon City. To find the culprits, the Principal Messiah establishes a task force to investigate the murders. Who will survive this new confrontation and what will be left of them?

Three new characters make their way in the wide world. A group of Shifts from Teshon City orchestrates a rebellion in a far-off country. Teshon City must face a rogue Demifae who desires to return city life to the days when Shifts were hunted in the streets. A powerful witch is consulted, and her sorcery increases the power of her fellow alchemist. The rebellion does not turn out the way the Shifts from Teshon City are expecting, and things back in Teshon City end up even worse.

Also, a little more about the unknown past is revealed in a prequel chapter, featuring two real-life horror celebrities who permitted their on-page deaths!

In the dark future, an unlikely trio in a rundown metropolis are set on a path of unexpected heroism through horrifying trials.
