When she offers her six bedroom Hamptons house as a wedding present, Trout has a dilemma; in the world of fake news, could he be forgiven for seeking out a fake wife?

Stephen met his gaze for the briefest of seconds, dark eyes looking back at him. They were the exact opposite of his own, which were of such a light blue that they were almost grey. The man gave Stephen a half smile and said, ‘Excuse me,’ as he walked past.

He was by far the most gorgeous person Stephen had ever seen.

My prompt was - A newly-made vampire (verb) deep forest on a mountain no one dares enter (conjunction/pairing word) the cat won't move.

The Tree is a local fixture in the rural town of Morton. When it starts to die, the whole town rallies around to try to save it.

Malcolm Turner is very happy living in the countryside, building custom furniture and nursing his ancient and decrepit Land Rover back to life on a regular basis. My second story, it is about a High School graduate and his group of friends. It is likely another roughly written story, I was most definitely still trying out the whole writing thing when I wrote it. So I know some things may be unclear or confusing. But, like I said, early work. So I hope at least some people can enjoy it. First posted in 2003/2004, I was in High School at the time.
