I took a story I entered in an Anthology and rewrote it and added to it to make it into a Halloween story. I hope you enjoy reading about Mason and Clark's relationship, even though it didn't work out. Mason erroneously believed it was over, but Clark had other plans. Will this situation ever resolve itself, or should Mason get as far away from Clark as possible?

Colin Thurlow is traveling back from a business conference in Jacksonville, Florida on Halloween when his car starts acting up. He drives to the nearest town, St. Marys, Georgia, in order to get it repaired and learns that he will have to stay overnight.
