Brian and Danny are married. But they are stuck in limbo and can’t get past it. Can an Advent calendar, some Christmas ornaments, and a cigarette get them beyond the stasis that has frozen their lives? Will the lights of Christmas shining in the darkness help them find the peace they truly need? This is a Christmas story in eight parts.

Ayden worked hard to make a better life for his son; he was so close to being done with school, then he could get one good job instead of working two jobs and studying at night. Then they could move out of their tiny apartment, into a nicer place, and have a decent schedule. He just wants to give Anthony a better life, all the things a little boy wants and needs, and spend quality time with his son. Of course he'd ask Santa for a dog for Christmas.

They were best friends, planning on going to college together. Sayer left for his annual summer trip; everything was fine ... until Sayer didn't come back. Birch waited for him but eventually tried to forget him; he went away to college and got his degree. Now he's moving back home, back where he was with Sayer last. Will the other man have come back to town while he was gone? Will Birch ever know why Sayer didn't come back to him?

Dee runs a half way house for aliens escaping from medical and government research facilities. One day he finds a boy with bright blue hair half dead in the snow. The boy turns out to be something quite different to what he initially thought and they go on a journey of discovery finding new things in each other every day and discover the singular delight of sex with tentacles.

Most people start college with a very clear idea of what the next few years might hold for them, and Marcus is no exception when he shows up to swim team try outs. What he doesn't count on are his new teammates, and the deep friendship which quickly forms between the four of them as the competitive season progresses.

My responses to prompts that intrigue me...

Fantasy places contain beings who feel, love, hurt, and dream. These expressions have as many different perspectives as there are in this world. Gaia-Town is a collaborative project that seeks to give you characters and stories that entertain and challenge you. Not everyone in Gaia-Town is honest or true and sometimes that makes for surprising situations. What it hopes to do is question our perceptions of that world, and therefore ours as well.

Sawyer is too busy to worry about something as frivolous as Christmas. College is hard, but he’s focused on getting into law school. Kable is studying to make the family business, Del Buon Gusto, into a successful chain restaurant. When a party debacle at the restaurant gives Kable a chance to get close to Sawyer, he’s shocked to learn Sawyer’s a Christmas Grinch. He's determined to change Sawyer’s mind, but their dates are one debacle after another. Can they have a Merry Christmas?
