Dear Universe,
Help us to remember
that pain is only temporary.
It may last a minute,
a day,
a year
or even decades.
The tears that come with pain can blind us to the beauty that surrounds us.
Bring us the courage and strength to face what tomorrow brings.
Help us not to be scared to rely upon others.
Help us to accept kindness and help, with grace.
Give us wisdom to know when to say goodbye.
