i am trying to find a story a started reading

okay i am trying to find this story i started reading about this kid who finds himself back in time. i can remember some details. he is i think in the smae place geographically he was at before. i think he hit his head or somthing. then he is the past and ends up staying with a family that takes him in. i remember the dad was kind of strict. he has to try to explain where he came from to a judge, and remember somthing about him inheriting some land from a past reletive of his that just recently died or something like that.

 

does anyone remember this it could have been on gayauthors or nifty or anyother site
