Since my cell phone is like an appendage, I'd say that. Of course, sometimes I miss the days when I wasn't so accessible.

My trusty pda. It's an appendage indeed. Still, given a couple of good books and of course enough water I could conceivably survive.

I think we all miss the days when it wasn't so easy to contact us. But unfortunately we lived through the days of be home by the time the street lights are on, mom calling you in for dinner by opening the back door and actually calling, and people only being able to get you at home if you picked up the phone because there was no answering machine. Sigh.
