JamesSavik Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 I dislike the classless bums of Seattle. Sherman's taunting of Crabtree in the title game and subsequent oral diarrhea in front of the press was one of the most disgraceful episodes since Michael Irving's profanity laced tirade in Super Bowl XXX. I would very much like to see Denver hand the Sea Hags their smart asses.
A.J. Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 Denver for three reasons. 1. Cia is for Seattle. 2. I've always had a crush on Peyton. 3. Denver is closer to Texas. 3
Krista Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Peyton is a sweetheart. I'm going for the Broncos.
Daddydavek Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 I'm hoping that Peyton can put together another great game and that the game conditions are NOT adversely effected by the weather. (Mother Nature has been a real bitch this winter so far!) On the other hand, I did see him lose against the Colts earlier this year in another big emotional game..... Sherman is a Stanford grad and as such makes a great case for Mark Arbour to move the post-graduate focus of his saga away from that school for Wade, et al. And Sherman made me hope the Bronco's shut him down so that we won't have the distinct displeasure of having to listen to him saying "I told you so...."
TetRefine Posted January 24, 2014 Author Posted January 24, 2014 Aghhh, all you Denver cheerleaders are killing me over here.
Site Administrator Cia Posted January 24, 2014 Site Administrator Posted January 24, 2014 We have a bit of a conundrum here. The Broncos are my son's favorite team, but being as we live in Washington, we're big Seahawks fans too. It just means everyone in my house will be happy no matter what, lol.

Nice to know I'm not the only one cheering for Seattle around here!
methodwriter85 Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 I'm cheering for Seattle to win because they don't have a Super Bowl ring yet. That's the same reason why I cheered for the Saints at the 2009 Super Bowl.
Red_A Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Go the hawks, being a former resident of Redmond, and having a seat in the Kingdome, I think I may be a fan.
scotty94 Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 haven't got a clue how good any of the teams are and that is understandable as I am a UK resident and never been to the USA.
B1ue Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 'sall good. I am from the US, and I don't even know the rules for football. Neither my high school nor college had a team, my town was too small for kid's league, and television just doesn't hold my attention very well. I'll go out with my friends to some bar during playoffs, and be reading a book on my phone as they watch. I feel everyone wins that way.
methodwriter85 Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 I like following football because it gives me things to talk about with cute guys. 2
Conner Posted January 27, 2014 Posted January 27, 2014 I'll be routing for Seattle. It's the neighbourly thing to do.
Mark Arbour Posted January 27, 2014 Posted January 27, 2014 I'll be routing for Seattle. It's the neighbourly thing to do. Routing? As in working on their wood?
Conner Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 Routing? As in working on their wood? Yes, there's a lot of fine fir, pine and cedar throughout the Pacific Northwest. We'll be bringing wood to the Super Bowl. 2
Site Moderator TalonRider Posted January 28, 2014 Site Moderator Posted January 28, 2014 I don't think it will be needed for the fires. The forecast is for the mid 40's Sunday.
TetRefine Posted January 28, 2014 Author Posted January 28, 2014 I'm actually going to be in Manhattan on Saturday, so it should be cool to see all the festivities that they are having on Broadway and stuff! 1
W_L Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 Nice to know I'm not the only one cheering for Seattle around here! Nope, I am cheering for Seattle too! I can't stand another Manning winning the Super Bowl. The Manning family does not own the NFL Hoping for lots of interceptions!
joann414 Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 I'm a Peyton fan also. Gotto go for Denver, although, I wouldn't talk bad about Seattle if they won. I can't imagine being in such a big competition and having to deal with defeat.
hh5 Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 (edited) be careful during the game White powder causes scare at three hotels near Super Bowl site Edited January 31, 2014 by hh5
Prince Duchess Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 Seattle clearly this game is gonna be clash of the titans. And it reminds me of a similar Super Bowl between the Buccaneers and the Raiders. Key matchup being the trenches I think Seattle is gonna rattle Peyton early and force him to make mistakes. However, I wouldnt be upset to see Peyton win another ring, he deserves it. But my heart says 'hawks win. #LOB
