The reports I am reading is that two officers were rammed by a car, and that the officers and the car driver have been transported to hospital.

G'day y'all. It's another bright cold morning. Currently 34/1° here, freezing or below further inland. Hope the strawberry growers were ablecto protect their plants. Hopefully this will be the last cold weather until next winter.

Good day, bro, and everyone!

Bright, sunny day here. Currently around 11°C/52°F, but feeling several degrees warmer in the sun. Expected to drop to around 2°C/36°F overnight. Current indications are for the next few days to be similar, but then for there to be a big drop in temperatures for a number of days from Tuesday, and for the weather to become more unsettled, with even the possibility of a light dusting of snow.

Rough night for me. I scratched my cornea when I was cutting some trees yesterday. I didn't go to the hospital because of Covid, but I read up on it and hoped it would clear up on its own. I'm thinking I made the right choice. I have a massive headache, but my vision isn't as blurry and blinking doesn't hurt like it did yesterday. My eye is still quite red, but it's only been about nineteen hours.

I will. Took Tylenol and my headache is about gone. I can definitely see out of my left eye better than yesterday.

Two words ... safety glasses. I have three pair. Tinted for sunny days, yellow tinted for cloudy days and a clear pair because they were my first. I wear them whenever I'm playing in the dirt or doing other yardwork.  Also wear them walking in the woods.
