My brother spotted a baby possum through the kitchen window. After thoroughly checking our yard and our neighbor's yard ( with permission), we weren't able to spot its mother or siblings. So, we've taken the little one inside to take care of it. My eldest sister will come by later and take the baby possum to a wildlife shelter in Amarillo.

I was still working then, not living on a pension.  Airline tickets back then were less than $1,200 RT.  Fortunately, living in Thailand is way less expensive than in the USA.  Food, electricity, utilities and housing prices are affordable here.  In Portland they are outrageously high!

I'm sorry, but possum babies just aren't cute like other animal babies.  They are just a smaller version.  I know possums are good and eat ticks and stuff, but they are ugly animals.

Possums are good when they are in a tree but horrible in your roof.

Loud, obnoxious, stinky and they pee on your ceiling. Very bad tenants. My father may have used more colourful language describing the ones that lived in his roof. And they caused colourful language from both my sister and I when they had fights in the roof cavity. Bluefish loud
