I was very upset with the new Tennessee law.  Darcelle XV, whom I knew when I first came out, died last week at 92.  His death was reported by the CNN, Washington Post, New York Times as well as other major news services.  He was a very beloved drag queen in Oregon and Washington who performed in public to raise funds for many charities. The Tennessee law threatens people like Walter (Darcelle) with misdemeanors and felonies for performing. You'll love this story. I just got back from the library, and while I was there, I spotted two Korean boys, about 16, maybe 17 years old. They were holding hands when they walked into the lobby, and twice, tried to pass through the scanners at the same time. Then they looked at each other and started laughing. The boys quickly kissed each other, and then went through the scanner one at a time. They only let go of each other's hands when the distance was too far to stretch their arms. When they were reunited on the other side, they hugged again as if even that much time apart was unbearable.

I had a chicken Caesar Salad with grilled ham instead of bacon. It was delicious. No croutons, though. Don't need the carbs.

Max loves chicken Caesar salad. It appears in his lunchbox at least once a week.

Tonight we went to Medieval Times to celebrate my niece's 16 birthday.  The food was okayish as always, but it was a ton of fun.  Sadly our knight did the worst in the tournament.  He went down like a punk.
