I had a great evening celebrating my brother's 27th birthday. We went to a restaurant where it was salsa night 💃  then I got to see the fireworks on my way home (most fireworks for the national day are on the 13th around here)

Reading the to and fro between Spike and Drew, I am reminded of the “hate” between Batman and the Joker in the Lego Batman movie. Can’t live without each other

We're doing well, thanks. Max is excited about his summer intensive group, and I know he'll have a great time. He's never happier than when he's dancing. It's somewhat bittersweet for me, because I miss having him around when he's at camp. Also, things will be a bit different this year, since the dorms are open.

Any bullying, fighting or other shenanigans after the first warning will result in the offenders being sent home. But for the most part, students are expected to manage themselves. So, Max is also learning some independence during this summer.

From the Max stories you have shared with us, I know Max will do fine.  I also know that he is both responsible and an independent thinker.  I hope he has a great time again this year at camp! He'll probably have a lot of stories to share with you and Morgan when he gets back.
