Well, @spike382 and I have been bashing the last episode all day in our PMs.

Maybe we would've gotten a better ending had Spikey not hogged five of the main cast members.

Hey, I secretly wanted all of them to hook up with each other throughout the series, and maybe have a big polyamorous thing at the end.  That would've been a cleaner ending than the bizarre, pseudo HAE for some horrible people, but not other horrible people that we ended up with.

We're doing well, thanks. Max is eagerly anticipating Halloween in three days' time. For him, I think it's less about the candy and more about dressing up in costume. (!!!)  I know, I know! What kid doesn't get excited about candy? 

Oh, but other than that, I think I'll make pumpkin French toast for breakfast tomorrow.

I think at Max's age and attitude, it's the costume that makes it fun.  Candy is just an added incentive. I am betting Max likes the performance aspect of Halloween best.
