Afternoon gang

Another warm and sunny spring day to accompanied me on my way back to the apartment alongside green fields (mom send me away "I swear to god if you're still here when I get back from surgery... Even sedated I'll kick your ass there" ) 

So yeah after almost a month and a half I'm back at the apartment. Starting with some due cleaning and tidying. Tomorrow morning there's another showing

On the bright side - kinda, I think it is - I've got an appointment Friday afternoon to visit an appointment.

It's way better than the one I'm currently in: 35m², ground floor (perfect for Looping), good size living room with 2 windows and the front door and an amazing open kitchen with lot of nice red cupboards and big counter ending in a bar/high standing table kind of, a small bedroom in the continuity of the living room with a cute round opening as a door and a build in closet on one wall and a bathroom with a shower.

Price in interesting. I'm currently at 435€ water and electricity bills included. The one I'll visit is at 420€ without electricity bill which I think will be in the 20€.

It's about the same distance to the city center, in a one way street with free parking on both sides, there are a kindergarten and a primary school at the start of the street so it should be quiet.

That looks awesome! Take it! Assuming it looks good when you see it in real life as well, of course.
