Good morning everyone.

 

I am having an "I don't WANT to go to work day" so of course they call me with errands they forgot to tell me they need done.  Why can they not tell me they put the last of the diesel fuel into the tractor BEFORE they run it dry and need to load trucks ?  Now need to leave three hours before my first lesson to get fuel because the first dump truck is sitting there waiting.

 

I want to tell them lack of planning on their part does not constitute an emergency on my part.

Not too bad. Helping boyfriend look at job stuff. He's a bit stressed out... Needs to get a job and apply for a permit before Brexit, lol

I don't think Brexit's going to happen all that soon. The clowns in Westminster won't leave the EU without a deal. They may be stupid, but they're not that stupid. I can see them kicking this particular can of worms down the road for at least another 18 months.

 

But I could be wrong. I sometimes worry the lunatics have finally really taken over the asylum...

Thanks. And, yea, the blood letting went well. The vampire has been appeased (for another 6 months).

 

Should get the results back in a week. But, as I said earlier, it's just a routine test/check-up. A bit like the regular check-ups the garage gives my car. Nothing to be worrying myself about.  

 

Fortunately I wasn't kept waiting, so wasn't delayed getting home for my breakfast

Well, it certainly seems like it may be getting delayed, so here's hoping. He's still stressing out, though, poor thing.

Sometimes that’s worse. Proper sick and you know you should feel sick. Not feeling well is blah, you are well enough to know you are sick, if that makes sense, but not sick enough... not really sure what I’m saying really

A long day filled with people like poor Kitt had to deal with. Seriously wondering how these people manage to stay alive without someone reminding them to breathe 

 

Knucklehead stuff is frustrating but it could be worse. There are plenty of nice people and I got to buy my boss a huge bag of popcorn to remind her that she was going to organise some training videos for everyone to watch. She asked for a reminder so I thought a nice big reminder was just the thing for her. Popcorn for the movies...
