As I've pointed out to Drew several times while watching this particular series, it doesn't feel like something written recently. This actually surprises me that there's been a lack of criticism about this, but it feels like a series that would have been written in the very early days of Thai BL. A lot of what I'm seeing are things that have been pointed out and moved away from in more current series. I've mostly been giving it a shot because it's starring one of my all-time favorite Thai actors, and a couple of others that I really like. What I'm frequently doing though is comparing it with another series currently being released, that is a somewhat similar premise but is in every way a better series, both plot-wise, and relationship-wise. But Drew, just to troll me, is pseudo-arguing for this pretty much terrible series. 1 4
