Today was a very lovely day (18-20°C)

I spent it all in the garden from 11.30 to 5pm. I only checked the time at 2pm realizing I had missed lunch but oh well. It was so nice working in the garden wearing shorts and t-shirt with the warming my back.

 

- The young Laurel I had bought a few months ago is having new leaves.

- young raspberry plant is growing well

- mint is full of deliciously smelling leaves

- the 3 parsley plants I stole at the grandparents a few weeks ago is making new branches

- only 11 strawberry plants left to plant to join the 150+ others.

 

Finally, I was cleaning off the weeds between the pear trees when one came with what I thought was a rock. Turned out one of the peach stones dad had spat there have grew into a 8cm tree! I plant it into a pot

The weather improved here today. By noon it went from overcast and chilly to sunny and seasonal. I spent the afternoon edging one of mum's flowerbeds.
