Well how about that, James?
I certainly thought that more people would have been interested in that bit of information than those (was it more than one?) who replied.
They did what they had to do to proctect their country (oh yes- it's theirs), and if the government of OUR country would do the same for us we could hold our heads up as high as we used to be able to. When the whole GD world WANTS to be here because of what we are, and we let them just run over us en masse, then we have to either accept the situation OR do something about it. Just sayin'.
To Tim,
I only WISH that I could do just that! Shout it out! Let EVERYONE know who the hell I actually am!!
I don't have the equipment, I guess, to do so.
What a wonderful song with a life-altering message.
Thank you for posting this.
Just, maybe, the door cracked a bit wider.
A very well-written piece, and I concur.
As far as the ending statement is concerned, hasn't it ALWAYS been about "human" rights?
I just love it when the younguns make a positive mark!
Bless your Granny, you lucky thing, you!
I've found that the older one gets, the less we care what or how someone thinks about what we say. Of course, within reason.
Now that is funny as hell!!
Secrets, secrets everywhere!
I once had a neighbor helping me move to a new home. I thought I had covered all chances of anything *odd* popping up as we went through the house. But....there were two bedroom comfy chairs left and as I picked up the one while he went for the other, the cushion fell off of mine and there also slid a magazine which I could not afford anyone seeing!
The moral of MY story is: We ALL have closets! IDC if you are out as a homo to the entire WORLD! Each of us (as humans) have our own fantasies that are special to us!
Back to the first part of my post. While I said that it was funny, it's also so sad that he (as a human) was found out. (And remember! It actually could have been for a female member of his household.)
God bless us everyone---or something akin to that. hugs!
There is no way that you could look anything but beautiful.
Your attitude is always soft. You don't take things to heart right away, but when someone attacks, you counter, and in the same 'calm politeness!
And thank you for the pic--so cute.
Hugs!
Helen Hunt??
Are you referring to THE Helen Hunt from the movie where she shared the billing with Jack Nick?
OMG!! When she is standing at the creep's door in her rain-soaked tee.....I am melting here...Sooo sexy!
Ok! Back to work!
Are we speaking of 'cooked' tongue? Or just gnawed off pieces from a screaming random victim whom you found way back down that dark alley?
If prepared properly, and presented in a manner acceptable to the 'diner', cooked tongue is palatable.
HOWEVER!
Pieces of "tongue" that just keep wiggling and making sounds which mean nothing except to entertain the 'tonguer', should be cast out with the trash!
And to Daisy139--
If we don't laugh---we freaking DIE!!!!
A beautiful 'story'.
In thinking about the message it sends, I realized that another way to take it is this: you can continue to do bad things as long as the tally at the end of your life shows at least ONE MORE good deed than bad!
I don't really understand why, but this just gave me an idea. While walking the beach (world) simply keep rotating your stock of starfish so that at any given moment in time you have a 'live' one available. Now. go ahead and do that dirty deed without concern for the consequence(s). Afterward, just reach into your 'kitty' and throw a starfish back into the ocean, thereby saving the life that would have otherwise ended on the beach. You can stay ahead of the 'game' that way!
Nephy!! You are incorrigible!!!
I laughed at this from the start!
Three women (and shouldn't that be "wemen"? one is 'wo' and two or more are "wemen". :lmao: (please tell me that I did NOT cast a 'pearl' there!!
I hope I didn't lose you to the politically correct squad. I'm just picturing three of the female persuasion standing in a kitchen whilst a gentleman schooled in his profession takes care of the situation.
Too precious!
(and my hopes for the little guy are 'heartfelt'! Hugs!
