Thorn, you're a terrific writer and you should never doubt that. I always look forward to reading your stories! They are well-written, the characters are fleshed out, the dialogue flows, and the stories are never boring. Every time I see an update I do a little happy dance! lol Although, I admit, I haven't read your Harry P. story. I think I had enough of HP from reading all the books, sorry. And of course seeing all the movies. But if I had my choice I would always go with original stories on here.

I think Ben handled Mark's 'coming down from E' rather well. I also think his letter to his fans was perfect. The sad thing is that he's absolutely right; if he were seen with a girl, it wouldn't make any difference, but since he was seen with a boy, all of London has their panties in a twist. It is only Ben's business and Mark's business and no one else's. Ben was nice to want to look out for Mark's rep, not really worrying about his own. I hope his mature, adult fans will let it go. As long as he's doing his job (making everyone swoon for him on film/stage), then it's all good. His personal life is of no concern to anyone. Of course this is coming from me, who just happened to glance at MSN earlier and saw that this former Disney star is all over the news with her coming out, and I was like, all fangirlish, "Omg, really?!" lol Personally, I never really got into her show, but one of my kids loved it. Now put me in front of "Victorious" and I ain't leaving. lol Back to YOUR story, lol: it's good that Ben was able to admit to Mark that he's falling for him. I hope from now on, everything will be puppies and rainbows, be we all know that won't be true. Hopefully none of Ben's fans will do something stupid b/c of his letter. Terrific chapter, Thorn!

I think GA is a wonderful place. I have met so many awesome people here, well, unfortunately not in person, but still...there are so many terrific people on here, administrators, moderators, authors, techs, the list goes on and on. Everyone has always made me feel welcome and they are so accomodating when I ask all my stupid questions. I work with a few authors on another site, but I'm not involved with that site like I am at GA. I think of everyone on here as one big, friendly family, and you can never have enough family, right? Or is that friends? lol J/K So Scotty, welcome aboard and I hope you enjoy your stay! =)

I LOVED "The OC"! Wow, haven't thought about that show in forever! Can't believe it's been ten years since Ryan and Marisa. But of course I liked it better when Marisa ran off with Olivia Wilde's character (I forgot her name). Ditto "Bev Hills, 90210", but actually I think I like "90210" better.

Ok, it's true Uplifted - that last line really is beautiful. =) They do have so much love for each other - even though all Andy wants is sex and he's not mentally tied to Matt for that, he still loves Matt, sex or no sex, whereas Matt loves Andy but only want to have sex with Andy and no one else. He'd walk away from sex if he couldn't have it with Andy anymore. (I think) The meeting at the school had me seeing red. The varsity coach and that twat counselor had me fit to be tied. I wanted to reach across, into the computer and smack them both upside their heads. And blaming T&R for letting Dillon do what he did AND NOT SAYING NO, just about had me sputtering expletives for the rest of the chapter. If I were one of the parents sitting there, there wouldn't be a person big enough to hold me back from lunging at that twit of a lady. She should be fired. And she has a degree? lol I know when the boys go back to school they are going to hear a lot of shit, probably from the stupid jocks in the locker room. We'll see if the 'boys will be boys' coach will help them or not. Great chapter, Uplifted!

Wow, school starts already in Georgia? Thank God we have another three weeks to go. I was wondering what time of the year the last chapter was b/c I didn't know when Zach would be going to kindergarten. After all, he's five now, not a baby anymore - he's 'all growed up', like the Rugrats. Getting Terry seemed to be a great idea. Now Scott and Noah can get all their "work" done. That's what they're calling it nowadays, right? (wink, wink) lol Zach is just too adorable with the age thing. Oh, and the explanation of his favorite rides. I laughed out loud at that one. lol

Where the hell have I been that I missed this sweet chapter? Certainly not on vaca to WDW, lol! I did love reading about their trip b/c it did bring back some memories. I remember walking through the Contemporay Hotel (is that what it's called? I can't remember from the chapter, lol). I remember the monolith. I just think Disney is so magical no matter what age you are. In fact, the last time I was there when my oldest was under a year old, wow, and he just turned twenty-one, holy shit. Anyway...it was magical. I never wanted to leave Orlando! I wanted to move down there just to be close to Disney World. lol Terrific chapter, Fitz! My mouth was hanging open also when Tom revealed how much he paid for that house. lol Ok, on to chapter forty.

Shit, I never even thought of Dylan being targeted. I just thought he was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Although I was wary of the mall cop, but maybe that's b/c Dylan didn't seem so thrilled about him in chapter one. I think the mall cop should not have listened to Dylan and just called 911. He needs to be checked out. I'm sure he has at least a mild concussion and definitely SHOULD NOT BE FALLING ASLEEP. Especially with no one there to watch him. The whole thing about the hospital not taking uninsured people is bullshit anyway. Plus, you don't think that Lenora wouldn't pay his hospital bill? He was out there so late b/c he was closing up HER restaurant, after all. I really love this story Cole. I'm anxiously awaiting the next chapter. =) Oh, I wanted to point out something I saw in the second chapter. Can't remember if it was in the first chapter or not...when one person speaks, his dialogue should be on one line (or twor, or however many lines), and the next person who speaks should have his dialogue on a completely different line. It happened at least once in this chapter. The first time I think it was when Sarah and Dylan were speaking and both their dialogue was on the same line, so it was confusing not knowing who was saying what. So just make sure after one person speaks, you skip a line or two and then have the next person speak.

I knew something was up with Olivia when she became pretty emotional during Charlie's speech. Though that would answer some questions about when she and Oscar had sex and the problems they came across. James, I am just fascinated by Charlie's speech and now Luce's speech and what it all means. I suppose if it doesn't affect you, most people wouldn't think twice about what gender they are and if they feel like the gender they were born with. (to?) I never thought twice about being a girl. I always felt like a girl and never wanted to be a boy. I can't imagine how emotionally painful it must feel to know that you were born in the wrong body or born the wrong sex. And I applaud people like Charlie who can switch whenever the mood hits him. That must be pretty cool to see 'how the other half lives' so to speak. I'm anxiously awaiting the next chapter so we can learn more about Oli and how she's felt her whole life. Excellent chapter, James!

Heya J - Thanks for your response to my reviews. I knew Logan's last name is Pryce and Derek's is Mancini. I just mentioned that b/c Jesse's the one who was telling Cole that Mr. Mancini is hot and blond, etc. That's when I realized that Derek and Logan worked together. I just found it odd that Cole didn't pick up on the last name that Jesse mentioned. Especially since's he's becoming so obsessed with Derek. =) Now...stop reading your reviews and git writing!!!!!

Oh Cole, the ending was so sad. Poor Dylan, looking for love in all the wrong places. Not to quote a country song...just sayin'. Actually, I never even knew it was a country song until a few months back. Used to hear it on the top 40 stations. lol Anyway...if Dylan's looking for a relationship, he's gotta stop thinking he's gonna find one in a bar. Not that bars are bad places, I love bars, lol, but he shouldn't expect to mee Mr. Right in a bar, maybe Mr. Right Now, but that's it. I really like Nora - she seems like she's been looking out for Dylan for quite awhile. I like the banter between them, especially when he mentioned going to a hoedown and she kinda told him what kinda hoe he'd be going down on...well, that's not quite what she said, but you get my point. Oh, and Dylan mentioned meeting his two friends for a drink, but that didn't happen... I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

Shit, shit, shit, Andrew! I just bit off all my damn nails! What a cliffie! I'm praying Dylan's gonna be ok. The headaches really make me nervous. He said that they've been getting worse every day. That's not good. I'm praying this doesn't have anything to do with his brain. TJ. Of all the boys in the school, Devon has to befriend TJ. lol I really hope he changed his spots, but I'm wary. He even admitted that his bullying days may not be over. That's not good. Maybe Devon should meet Erik. lol If TJ is indeed trying to turn over a new leaf I hope he can prove it to Devon's friends. He does have a lot of fences to mend, land ots of ass kissing to do. lol I'm so glad Mattie will be safe from now on! Thank God they figured out what Juan and Nattie were doing - filthy scum family. haha I'm really glad this story is back, Andrew! I love this series!

Dammit, I ran out of Kleenex. I hope you're happy. Seriously though, this was a terrific story, Meeko. It was so raw and emotional. Clay was carrying around all this guilt, guilt for what he thought was his fault about his brother, guilt b/c his parents, probably his father mostly, made him feel guilty and he just couldn't get away from all that guilt. It took meeting Leo and Evan for him to finally see the truth and to realize that Jason's death wasn't his fault. Excellent, excellent story, Meeko. =)

Wow, Graeme, you really had me choked up there. I really loved your quote at the end. It would be nice if we didn't regret chances that we had but never took, out of fear, uncertainty, insecurity, etc. Chances that would have put us on a completely different path, an unknown path but we chose to stick with the "safe" path, the one we knew and we were comfortable with. I remember that time in the 80's. I was a junior in college, but the college that comes after high school. lol I remember the start of the AIDS epidemic. Those were scary times b/c no one knew anything about the disease. Have you ever told your wife? Does she or your kids know that you write gay fiction? And very good gay fiction, I might add. I have really come to enjoy reading your anthos. =)

Jesus, I so totally didn't expect that ending. This was a very entertaining story and I really felt for Jake. I can't believe what happened to him. So, so sad. Corey will be devastated he just lost his best friend. And he'll never know how Jake really felt about him. He'll never know how Jake protected him from him (Jake). That damn conscience of Jake's. Terrific story, C James. I haven't read any of your other stories besides the anthos, but I really love all your antho stories.

Wow, that was really, really sad. I can't imagine what his old friend/b/f was thinking when he saw him with James. After all those years of denial, of walking away from him for so many years, to now see him with someone else holding him, must have just been devastating.

Holy shit, Altimexis! I think this is one of the most intriguing, thought-provoking stories I have ever read. And I used to read a lot of Dean Koontz, lol. He was into the paranormal type of stories from what I remember. I never saw the movie, but isn't this like "Sliding Doors" with Gwenyth Paltrow? She has a choice of which track or train to get on and if she gets on this one it takes her to this reality, but if she gets on the other one it takes her to another reality. Something like that I think. Anyway, I'm just amazed. It's just so weird to think that as I'm sitting here typing this, there may be another me, sitting in the same house, on the same couch, typing on the same computer, but living a different life than I am. Is that it, or am I getting it wrong? And somehow our realities got split? It's just fascinating. I gotta stalk your stories to see if you've written anything else like this. Fantastic story, I can't say enough about it. I'm gonna be thinking about this for a long time. And of course at the end, we don't know which pivot point (was that what it was called?) David saw: Mary or Jeff getting hit by the Porsche...

What a hearbreaking story, Ieshwar. Since my ancestors died in the concentration camps, it's hard to believe that there were actually Germans at that time who were against what Hitler was doing. I know there were people like Schindler and others like him and it's comforting to know that not all the Nazi's were like their ruler. I was saddened to read that Keith never made it to France. This was truly a beautiful, but sad story.

I really liked reading more about Khay and Satar and what they have been up to. I hope Khay can stop running and just enjoy what's in front of him (Jake). Oh, what happened with Mason?

Kiki-Kaboodle! Omg, what an awesomely funny name! And I knew that you had to get back at JoAnn somehow! lol I was waiting for you to include her and Cassie. At first I was like, "Who's Kelly?" I don't remember seeing a 'Kelly' on GA. lol Ian was way, way, way out of line! Protecting Asher! No way, It sounds to me like he was jealous. And inviting Tyler there just confirms it to me. He's looking for a fight between Michael and Tyler. If I'm right about his jealousy, I don't know why he would be jealous - Milo sounds like a doll. Maybe I'm totally off-base, but seriously, Milo and Ian knew about Tyler, right? Why the hell would they invite him knowing that Michael would be there? I hope your power doesn't go out again - it really sucks the big one when you lose power. Can't wait for the shit to hit the fan! But of course, make sure JoAnn and sexy Cassie don't get caught in the middle. hehe

What a fantastic story, Graeme. The sad thing is, I am sure there are quite a few Brat's around. Brat is such an admirable character. He's a terrific brother and he's been dealt a really rough hand. No child should ever have to live in those types of circumstances. I really hope with the Baxter's care and guidance, Brat can learn to relax and let other people take care of him. And maybe learn how to be a teenager. =)

Wow, this was a really moving story. Jay finally was able to shut his inner voice up and do what he knew was the right thing. He might or might not have messed up the couple who lived above him, but he wasn't going to make that mistake again with David. Terrific story, jfalkon. =)

This was definitely a cute story. John is an awesome friend to have; he's been there for Alex and he's supportive and he's trying to help Alex move on from a bad relationship. I'm glad Alex gave in to John and hopefully he'll find his Joseph Gordon Levitt. lol

Parts of this story were so funny I found myself with tears rolling down my face, other parts found myself with my mouth hanging open at the GALL of David (attacking Petey), and yet other parts I was crying along with Donny b/c he was so heartbroken thinking that Alex was cheating on him. All in all it was very entertaining, and I'm glad Donny went back to Alex and I actually was happy that David wound up having an allergic reaction to Petey's sap. lol He certainly deserved it, along with his broken nose. I can't believe he would do something like that to someone he claimed to really like. If Donny had gotten together with David, their whole relationship would have been based on a total lie.
