Something about Jack Taylor isn't ringing true. Could he possibly have had an insurance policy on Joey? The whole thing about misremembering Will's phone number is interesting, seeing as how it was written down for him... Catlin is becoming suspect #1...is she being set up with her bad acting, mysterious ways, is she an all too obvious red herring??? Aiden's suggestion that he see a lawyer before giving her any money is interesting and on point. How will she react to such, seeing as how she won't allow company on any of her doctor's visits??? Then there is Aidien's desire to get married all too soon. Where was he at the time of Joey's death? Wasn't he the one who "found" the misplaced note? Searching that bedroom by himself would have given him time to conveniently 'place the discarded copy...Is he trying to cast any suspicion aside by rushing into marriage???

I'm looking forward to Gavin getting his just desserts....someone should use their phone to record what Gavin and A-Hole Jr are saying/doing....

Twice in this chapter, it is noted that Henry was clutching a paper in his hand, and then his mother revealed that she had left information about Liberty Academy for Henry as she mulled over donating to the academy. Where is that paper now? Damir/Matthew/The Wolf is broken, giving up the ghost and lost. At the same time the noose is beginning to tighten, what they have is scant, but from small clues, the story of his involvement will grow...Can he be saved, rehabilitated? He's making a decision that will anger The Turd. The Turd is in a world of deep crap, trying to delay medical help for his son, looking for another hit man, his conversation with Henry, and now another 'interview' with the detectives.... And what becomes of Henry, his recovery will be as arduous as his brothers, will they find each other in the hospital, and their mother? As Henry becomes coherent and is interviewed, will a description of his clothing be taken, noted? Will that information make it to the police on the streets, leading to suspects? This and so many other threads in this disparate tapestry are slowly coalescing, and the beginnings of a larger picture are forming. Juan is very lucky to have someone like Sam, who, through his dedication to the job, is an asset!

Well, the boys, for the most part, had some fun...others had the kind that proves the theory of Social Darwinism.... Back in my younger days,, when the Philistines were rocking the neighborhood on their velociraptors, I had the bright idea that if I made a slide for the swing set out of a fir plank, I could impress my friends. It was that first trip down that abused me of any such notion. I ran screaming home with a ginormous splinter stuck in my left butt cheek. It was embarrassing to have to lie on the couch as my mother packed the area with ice cubes in a face cloth, which then proceeded to slip out to parts even more embarrassing. Mother could not get the splinter out and off to the doctor's office we went. Had I been previously embarrassed, I was now mortified as I was to drop my skimpy covering in front of Nurse Nancy prior to the doctor cutting the splinter out...Thank goodness it was my father who took over my bathing duties, tho I'm not sure if he really was going to use duct tape to hold the plastic covering in place, score one for mom...

What was Catlin up to, how far was she from the class she was going to, was it on the way or out of the way? Dorm access was by electronic pass, there will be a record of passes used, were there security cameras in use? And we have more...

And best of all, it ain't raining!!!! David just can't help himself...
