You are correct in that I don't give a rats patoot about the numbers. I used to comment and discuss stories frequently. I simply got tired of certain posters tearing my comments to shreds, and the incident with the author was the straw that broke the camel's back. Authors, please be aware a like from me is not simply clicked on as a matter of course. I don't post much writing. In fact I would bet most of my friends here don't even know I have some prompts posted. I do however reply to every comment, even if it's only "thanks". Sometimes I just don't know how to respond.

Sorry guys, but a like of some sort is my usual "comment" since I got chewed out publicly for saying a story took left turn I didn't see coming. An added emogie shows stronger reaction. I only really comment for authors I know well and can trust to pm me if something bothers them.

Decided to start my chores early so now I'm done until the therapy session at 2.

A quick hello after raiding the fridge. I have just under an hour before the alarm goes off. Debating staying up or trying to sleep a bit more.

First off, apologies. I got no notifications at all you began posting CotT again! I will be caught up shortly. Mrs B is a hoot! I love her already! I was thinking "Stone House Manor" myself, but it isn't my place to name. Welcome back to this story. We missed it!

There is very little I will skip over within a story. A story has to hook me in the first chapter to get me coming back. I am pleased to say almost all the stories I have started here I either finished reading or am waiting as patiently as possible for the next chapter. The few that have not captured my attention span were simply not my cup of tea. The thing that does annoy me however, is a distinct lack of editing. At LEAST turn your spell check on! I am a tad careful who I approach with comments on the need of an editor, however. I have found that Convo goes one of two directions. I have been cursed out by authors who took offence. I have been asked to edit by far more, however. I hate to turn anyone down, but there simply are not enough hours in the day.

Of course he will change as he ages! we all do. The real question is how will he change?

Politics is not the basis of the story, but a small part. Just as no one thing IS your life, at different times, different things will dominate your time. Several books back Carlos's preferred political party was brought to light, and it is only natural that it would influence CJ's beliefs. Be patient. As they say, this too shall pass. I know I am privy to things you are not, and will not risk Carlos' wrath by giving things away, but rest assured there are lots of other things that will take up CJ's time in the future.

And if you don't want to talk wit a big group, use a pm! One on one or pick who you think is the best group for you at the moment! None of us will take offence if we are not invited on any given day. You have my email too. We can have some nice long convos if you like. I had what would have been a ten minute Convo face to face last two weeks because my friend and I were so busy at the time! Point is, we are all here and willing.💗

Nope. Just picking up the mare.She was a bit stubborn about getting on the trailer, but I am patient and way more stubborn. Unfortunately is not quite close enough for a visit with dugh.

Good morning. I am always awake at this hour, but usually have my hands filled with something horse related. As @dughlas says, I am out horsing around. Today is a fun one. Client bought a new horse that is currently housed near dugh and I am bringing her back to a small farm near us. Don't forget good reading and a hot beverage of choice.

I agree with you both. Terry should not have set his sights on a guy he knew was in an ltr, and Camilo should never have given in to temptation. Desean chose to walk away. The real loser is Melissa. Little ones tend to blame themselves. From her pov she lost a parent! Time for the dad's to grow up and do what's right for the kid. Get together or not, they need to make peace and make that kid happy again!

I think it would depend on two things. How bust the shop is at any given time and if you buy SOMETHING periodically. A busy shop would prefer to have the table turn over. Quiet day the sure sale, even if it's small, would be appreciated.
