    I've been thinking about that. JAR really pissed a few people off with that. For me who has always been normal, mainstream, ordinary, boring (take your pick), normal has never been something desirable. Anything other than me and my world is more interesting. At the same time, I can imagine the desire to not be viewed and judged based on just one part of your person, to just be seen as any other person. Simply normal. There is a lot hiding in that word.

    It's nice Hel can find a role model of sorts in James, but it sounds like Hel's falling in love. Not so strange when meeting the first person who understands him. A set up for heart break nonetheless.

    I can get a little depressed when I think of the atrocities and horrors we can subject other people to. Vlad did frightful things and it's not really getting any better with time. Just look at the state of many corners of the world today... To be reminded of our capacity to love can relieve some of those feelings. I just wish we could truly live together and let people choose their own path, no matter what that might be.

    It's almost too bad Jody is married. They seem so good together. But right now, Galen needs a friend, not more complicated emotional stuff. It was only fair that he said no to Ethan. He is too hung up on Josh right now and Ethan seems too nice to be caught in that cross fire. Nice to get more background on Galen.

    Good thing they finally talked to each other. Neil was so great just stating what he needs in a relationship, loud and clear, but also being able to finally understand Kevin's position. Super Sophie to the rescue! She was really working overtime here. I have a 7 year old myself and know just how clever they can be. Extremely goal oriented.

    No, but slightly less experienced humans. Kevin has taken the first steps to make things right. I wonder what happend. Maybe Connie asked one question to many about his friendship with Neil. Or Super Sophie "accidentally" spilled the beans...

    The boys will move from nice and slow to nice and hard really soon, if they keep this up. I don't think Nelson has the strength to resist Eric for very long when he's in this mood. Surströmming... I've had surströmming. It tasted like rotten fish...It's rumoured to have made an airplane to Japan make an emergency landing when someone opened a can midflight. And yes, it's just that bad...

    I was just thinking about this story yesterday and here is a new chapter! Almost like magic! It's fun to read about all of the different beings coming in search of something or someone. Just hope Jonas is pleased by the choice Opie made for him.

    Wow! That was some chapter! The tension on the battle field really jumped out of the text. What will happen to Demon Nick and the slightly deflated Sasha? Can Nick use his powers for a good thing and restore the powers? If Devin gets it in the process, I'd say good riddance.

    I hope the furballs have not missed they need oxygen... And that they let Jim tag along. Somehow, I think Kyle wouldn't have it any other way. So nice that they are getting to know each other. Death beds are handy that way!

    Well, I always thought that wolves have been following him all his life, just not his wolves. They don't have that undead thing going on, do they? So it's not likely thwm howling in the background. To me, the scents are associated with pleasant times of his childhood and he therefore associates certain scents to certain wolves. Or it was predestined. Or he's actually synesthesic.
