Could Karl be taken away and imprisoned on the Isle of Man? Or could he right away be allowed to join the army after being naturalized? I read about a young Danish citizen who was first rounded up in 1939 when WWII began along with other aliens and interred on the Isle of Man. He was able to get out and naturalized and joined the British Army. He first served as a censorship official reading the mail of Germans kept on the Isle of Man and later served overseas in combat actions.

I see your reasons for George's actions and attitude toward Karl and why he felt he had to end their relationship, but he poorly expressed himself and was cruel and uncaring towards Karl. He could have just said what you said at the end and not hurt Karl. The language gap only compounded the misery. Karl questioned himself and his motives and George's. All now seemed meaningless and a lie and devoid of hope for their future together. Karl wants to help and has the single focus of youth knowing he can only offer himself as he is. The Hopkins could not persuade him to not volunteer to fight. War is hell and bloody and depressing and painful. But, these statements are not real to Karl. They are abstractions as of now. He needs a purpose and a mission to help win the war. He thinks he is certain of what he must do. I think Karl could find it hard to be accepted to fight. He was 17 according to chapter 1 when he left Denmark . Is he now old enough to volunteer? He does not know the language well. Maybe an intelligence type person might interrogate him to see if he can help out with Danish matters. He could advise someone without being taken into the military or be taken into a type of free Danish army that Britain might have. I know Polishmen were great pilots for the RAF. He could be disappointed if his efforts were rejected out of hand. Are there a range of duties Karl could accomplish as a civilian that would help with the war effort--civil defense, hospital aide, etc?

Great progress and the first battle lines have been drawn. Sebastian has established his bona fides as head Alpha and gotten initial reactions from the members of the high council. The conversations and reactions were priceless and fun to read about. Six new outsiders should shake up a comfortable, rewarding historic arrangement Robert is now a special find and could be an invaluable resource as the investigation continues. I agree he seems genuine. I am not willing to trust the high council members and more than the two Robert thinks are close could be connected in the scheme. Nan seems too friendly at this point. I expect the reports given in two days will be incomplete and not reveal any bad deeds. Maybe Ben can best find out what gaps exist and Sebastian can ask for the missing information. Those hiding information will not want to give up evidence of their wrong doings and perhaps then the excrement will hit the fan.

Hey, if you are thinking of athletic pursuits for CJ, don't forget tennis and racquetball--both probably can be played on many embassy grounds overseas and can be 4-some or 2-some team type activities to bring guys socially together. Golf overseas can be played on courses in the country and likely on any major in country US military bases. In some countries, it could be a prized occasion to play golf on a US military course.

Wow--this was the passion I was expecting by now--but it was only a fantasy West has it real bad for Neil. His opening sexual dream was so intense and realistic--and he felt him deep inside himself and told Neil he loved him and Neil kissed him back. An ideal and idealized love making between two lovers was portrayed. It was remarkable for its detailed sexual play for a guy who had not had anal sex before. Neil knows he lives in West's head rent free without doing anything. He could have West anytime, almost anywhere with West's addiction for him. We saw the power play between Neil and Bran ending in a fight with Neil knocking Bran out after he threatened to fuck the young Gia who Neil adored. It followed the argument from the earlier recorded telephone call. Bran is mad that Neil hasn't produced any money since moving to the new high school and Bran has not yet got into the Saturns ( The gang name is revealed and West hears it), West pulls Neil away from Bran and Neil again gets mad at him and tells him to stay away. What will Bran do to retaliate ? Is something coming to a head soon since Neil hasn't earned any money yet? How can West and Neil get together sexually with all this bad blood and pushing away? Will Bran find out about West and target him to get at Neil? How will knowing the gang's name help West and his friends?

So many observant people--all waiting for the next chapter at this critical time--hope it is published soon--

So much pain felt by so many. Unfortunately people are not connecting and understanding each other..... Sebastian is being so high minded and selfless and hard headed, Luna told us he is ill because he is not whole. He needs Milo to recover. If Reya learns this then she might agree to bring Milo back for Sebastian with the two joining who knows what else can happened? I hope Milo and crew get to the kingdom and they find Sebastian still alive. Milo can they restore or renew Sebastian and shake up assumptions. Sebastian's plan might not work and he might not live long enough to carry it out.

I liked the people in this story and wanted to see how they evolved. I regret that there will not be a sequel, but I understand and support your reasoning. You have thought things through and made a tectured, real life decision that is not simple, nor easy.. You have a life to lead and have to weigh what strikes you are intresting and fruitful and worth writing about with the time available. Now you intend to devote more time to another story. George is still transfixed by Nathan. He cannot say he loves Karl, if is means it, until he is able to place Nathan in perspective and move on. It is a test for George and their deeper, more than physical relationship, I suggest.

Very touching and going in more depth about their relationship personally , romantically and sexually. Thank you. They are sincerely connected and trying to find out what all this means and are not yet certain what they mean to each other. Is this love, Karl assks. George says no---Gone is the criticism and bad words--But, George is keeping to societal standards and says they can only be friends. Yet his actions belie his words. He relishes Karl's closeness and embraces and soft Danish words radiating on his skin and hair Karl readily touches and kisses him and takes the lead with George. He feels a deep unnamed or mysterious connection to George. Karl is young and has much to learn about life and relationships and sex. At the end we learn that besides his physical and emotional feelings for George which motivate him, that Karl is doing his best to honor his pledge to Jojo to take care of his brother. I wonder how long they can stay togther and not be torn apart by the requirements of war. Will George be called into military service?

Maybe the feline's term expired on the council ? If so maybe talking to it might be useful. As a new member the snake would not know all the details of what has been going on and have clear assessments of fellow council members. BTW, rug makers of intricate, handsome middle eastern carpets specifically put a mistake in their design. They reasoned only God was perfect and they would not challenge him.

Good setup and preparation for the High Council meeting with what is known. The conference agenda was sent out at the last minute. This is an obvious method to give the high council control with no input from others. The US wolves got their vitally needed sexual satisfaction and mate enjoyment and now are going to face the big unknown. They have their game plan and roles defined. They still do not know about how the pups are used and have not penetrated the dark web. The conference is set out in detail and is deadening. It is designed to control the participants and eventually get them to agree to what is proposed by controlling the information flow and debate methods.. There is no time to think, react and have small group sessions to gain familiarity and mutual insights and innovative agreements.The best conferences I have attended had "white space" or freetime for participants to interact and not be bound to a seat hearing long presentations with little question time. I expect Sebastian will break up the schedule at the right time. The following debates will be very interesting. Sebastian will be taking the brunt of the push as the highest alpha and they all will be looking for the evil high council members and some staff mebers, too. The initial advantage seems to be to the high council members by their longevity in their positions, the familiarity with the rules and proceedings , refined skills at bureaucratic games and their joint edge on being pushed by outsider upstarts. Their opposing attitudes might make them harder to evaluate at first. They don't even know that sentinels are present. I expect they will be surprised by Sebastian's aggressiveness and his crew who need to face the High Council and learn as much as possible from them and not make hasty assessments. The evil guys should be very devious since they are hidding their plans from the others who know them well after years of mutual service on the high council. I am looking forward to the next chapter. It won't be just humans seeking answers, It will be wolves, too.

OMG--now the action will get even heavier between the two. Jake is alone at home for days. How soon before Nic comes over?

If this pattern continues, he is going to be very loved and very popular. It will cause a major stir in school. How will he balance 2 then 3 then 9 guys going after him? Will he stop before he gets to the end of the list because he can't handle the loving attention? Each guy might express their love differently and could wear him out. Will one of more fight his other loving new boy friends over him ? Will he find out one is truly his soul mate and be unable to focus on him with others seeking him out? The love is to be permanent. What will this loving attention do to the boys who did not know they were gay? What will any girl friends think? The possibilities for mischief are endless....

Wow, Finn is preparing to fight 6 wolves who are enemies of the Leeds pack. These wolves have not been intiminated by his scent markings, They must be ignorant of his true nature and strength. He is carefully planning his attack and they apparently don't know he is approaching, They are focusing on the Leeds pack, it seems. Can he really defeat 6 wolves at on time? He wants to prove to the Leeds alpha that is worthy and a friend who is sincerely after his mate. The investigating Leeds pack element might hear his fight and could see him take on the enemy that wants to defeat and destroy the Leeds pack, Skye, his mate, is part of the reconnaisance element. How will his presence and possible mutual sense of a mate connection( that might puzzle Skye) change the battle or meeting afterwards? Will the alpha realize Finn has spoken the truth of Finn seeking his mate? With this connection will she see Finn can help her ? He could later help the Leeds pack fight its enemies to protect his mate.

I already miss Ridley and Gabe and wonder how and what they are doing.....

Any hints on your next story???

I really enjoyed this party and the interplay between the characters. Their true selves came out. Most were congenial and that was natural. Not everyone fit in but no one was made to feel truly alienated. Taking Liebe along was wonderful and showed they were very comfortable and wanted her to blend in and get accoustomed to more of the textures of their lives. The British diplomat was a find and wise buding new form of mentor for CJ. He wants to help CJ and will be staying in Mexico. I am glad Cj will learn how to play golf. He can play with Owen and his dads and business/government officials throughout his career. It will help him connect with a range of contacts in a social setting and will not be just a game for older people, like his new British friend. CJ is outgoing and likable and could have a new way to connect. I knew a young lawyer socially who was told he would not be retained by his firm at the end of his initial three year service( a common break point for retention for a higher position) . He was upset because he had worked so hard and long at his job. He was told the person who was promoted and retained had played a great game of golf for the firm--meaning he worked on personal relations with clients and partners as well as applying his legal skills. He was showing the full personal client cultivating skills that partners and people seeking higher legal positions needed to keep and build client relationships Legal knowledge was not enough. My friend took that cisticism to heart when he found a new position. Heck, most Presidents play golf and need foursomes.

I find the fantasy story fascinating and have kept up with it over the years as well as two related stories on Castle Roland.
