Finn is such an amazing guy to love Alec so much and help him go through everything emotionally. Plus getting Alec in shape by running has positive side effects for their time making love. It’s sad to know that there is just one more chapter, but all good things eventually end. Looking forward to where this goes.

This popped up in the list and I love your stories so had to read it, fortunately it was after work so was able to read it in one sitting. Amazing build up to what looks to have been an enduring relationship. The foreshadowing of the barn was masterful, the back and forth with who was chasing who is very well done. Great characters all around. Thank for a great short story.

Well Yashuki did not seem to overstep on his massage, even if he was clearly flirting with Thomas. 3 months in jail waiting on a trial seem like a long time. And we haven’t heard if Dante said anything about where he went after his fight with Patrick.

Wow, that ending, I really can’t believe that he would give up so quickly on his relationship with Pete. They really need to have a conversation, but that has not been how Corbin has worked with everyone else. He has just seemed to take what he wanted, and has left a trail of discarded bodies in his wake… I hope it goes another way for Pete.

I like the way you introduced this Dreamwalking, it will prove to be very valuable, especially with these people with large egos to deal with. The robotic cats and dogs for the children is a nice touch too.. now to get everything setup for manufacturing in space.

It’s very interesting that outside forces led to the pairings that led to both Tani and Dante’s births as very powerful beings. Will be interesting if this comes to light, and what happens with their relationship, knowing now that they are both in love with each other.

Glad the finally got to where Garjah is being held. Now to escape without being caught. Go Bouncer, got one of the people who invaded their home.

The big outfit reveal. It was great that they each got to design their own, and they seem to really fill their skills/abilities. Looking forward to seeing them out in the field.

Great chapter, it’s interesting to see the thwarting of the attempt to kill Xie Lian. The returning victor being assaulted by one’s they had helped in the past. It will be interesting to see the reason for their instructions.

I love how you take what we thought was reality, and change the focus a poof, something entirely different. So much drama for what, jealousy,greed? Seems like it would be more than that.

Very sorry to see Patrick as the deceased. He did seem to be the better of the two brothers. And it very well could be an unfortunate accident. Hopefully caught on the cctv.

The venue for the battle is an interesting choice, and the last line “No, I'm nowhere near ready." Seems like it may be a setup, as we know he’s at the top of his game with all of the training he has been doing. -
Ooh, I love murder mysteries. This one has some suspects, with the three fighters. I have a question as to where Tomas has been during all of the altercations. Since we know he was left by a former lover, he could have motive. For either Dante or Yashuki… will have to see where the author takes us. As I don’t think we have enough to even figure out who is in the pool yet.

Jonathan with Maddox’s coaching seems to be coming around to facing this threat now. How about releasing the video himself, then all leverage is lost by whoever the mystery blackmailer is? It’s a hard way forward, but eliminates the threat and let’s him control the narrative.

Dante is still being careless. At least is was Patrick who saw and nobody else, but it does not seem like he has approached Yashuki after his night as a peeping Tom….

Ok, now it’s getting real. This family always has someone chasing them for some crazy reason. Do any of them have powers like the older generation? No teleportation yet… but there were other talents too.

Your shifter universe is really flexible, it’s very interesting. Thought this was going to be another unfairy tale…but it does not seem to be.

A very nice time with Brody. Is there some crossover between this and your Tristan story. The camp David and married Great Grandfathers, line caught my attention. Small cliffie ending, leaving us wanting more 😉

I agree with some of the other comments, those two phone calls were good for them both. They are discussing what the felt and what they went through being apart the first time, and how it affected them. It’s a good place to start to build from. I’m thinking if Alec does get his own place in Iowa that they will be splitting their time between the 2 houses, not living separately really.
