    It looks like Julian has passed the Vera test. I assume Vera is his father's mother because of the last name. I am sure Vera is very happy to not to have to take the blame for the way Diane behaves. I am enjoying the way that Ben and Julian are settling in together. I am excited for the dinner at Diane's coming up. I know Julian will behave perfectly and that will infuriate Ben's siblings and mother. They'll probably be looking for Julian's off switch before dinner is over.

    Or, will Danny turn on the charm and end up getting Jake in bed again? History has a way of repeating itself and Jake seems in a vulnerable state right now. Who's to say Danny and Jake do not belong together and Danny just has not figured that out yet?

    You have written such a thought-provoking story, and the characters all feel so real. It is hard to believe that you wrote this ten years ago because it is such a current story. I feel lucky I do not have to wait for chapters to be released for WAR, so on to part four. I am looking forward to the next chapter of Unraveled to come out.

    Levi is going to meet privately at some point with Casey. Levi is confused by his feelings about Casey and the temptation is there. Even Father Costas said there will be missteps along the way and that will play into Levi's mind too. We must hope that Levi is extremely careful and cautious in where and when they meet. He needs to be mentally prepared to leave the minute he becomes uncomfortable. Previously, I have been giving Casey the benefit of a doubt. Things in this chapter makes me second guess myself completely. Just like everyone else has expressed in the comments today, Levi is probably going to get hurt and regret ever meeting Casey. I hope I am wrong though.

    Besides building Ben a spine, Julian needs to find Ben's balls and return them to him also.

    Interesting chapter. Seems Julian has won over Sophie and Grace, Rachel not so much. I kept expecting Ben's mother to call and complain that Julian had upset Rachel by wanting her to be considerate of Ben. Cal is as bad as Ben's family. The dinner that Cal set up at Ben's place will be interesting. I am sure Orion and Cal will give Julian and possibly Ben something to think about.

    The Mother seems to have cast Ben into 'the father' role. Ben deals with everything the kids want and Mother bitches and nags until he does what she sees as appropriate.

    Truly an excellent chapter @Paladin. I hope we see more of Hugo in the future. Hopefully there is a way they can convince Justin to accept some help with university costs.

    Very enjoyable chapter with Dixie Mae getting what she deserved. The introduction of the new characters will make things interesting in the future too.

    Good chapter but there are a lot of repeated dialogue and paragraphs after Sam and Johnny get home, example “After Krakatoa,” I said, “let’s disappear. Somewhere with water. Somewhere quiet. Just us.”

    Julian passed the Grace test. She trusted him with the most special thing she owns. I expected Ben to have feelings for Julian first, not the other way around. I hope the company can only extract data from Julian and not be able to attempt to control his feelings. Great chapter!

    I have seen Jesse's trust growth since the story began. Maybe I should have said that Jesse still doesn't believe he deserves personal pleasure but feels he must give pleasure. I know that is because of Jesse's upbringing and history. Maybe self-worth instead of trust is how I should have worded it.

    I hope Jesse will one day trust Hank instead of acting like a skittish colt towards him. Jesse is so used to being abused and never allowed to enjoy he cannot accept Hank's loving gestures.

    I love your take on this story and AI. Normally I would not read a story involving AI, but this story got my interest right away.

    I am hoping Julian will force Ben to see that most of his family are just users and have taken total advantage of him being a good guy. His devotion to his useless family cost Ben his last relationship. Of course, this does not include Vera or Sophia.

    Great chapter @Mark Ponyboy Peters. So enjoyable seeing Levi adjusting to so many things that are new to him. Really good to see him giving Casey a chance, while still being cautious. Casey's openness regarding himself and his reputation makes me want to trust him guardedly.

    I liked getting background on Mason, maybe Julian can deal better with him knowing that grief could be a factor in how Mason is. Perhaps Julian can help him overcome it. I did enjoy that Julian did not back down on switching seats and Mason acting like a ten-year-old.

    I have to be honest; I have not read Lightbringer. I will when you issue the revision and new books. Were you in Berlin for Pride? I thought about you when I saw the story about the van for some reason.

    There was such a playfulness in Big Paws. It was like you were having fun and definitely enjoying writing it. I really like reading Pigsty, but it has never felt like you're into it like you were with Big Paws.
