I came away from this chapter just feeling confused; not sure who anyone should trust at this point. We are all accepting Zeke's story, but is he really telling the truth? What proof do we have that he is telling the truth?

Oh Hell to the NO... Will is not going to want to get his father involved; or worse yet, call in JP, but you know that this isn't going to stand. Can't wait to see what come next; Mark, we need at least one chapter every five days... LOL... There seems to be a different level to the writing in the prologue and the first chapter; I can't quite put my finger on it, but it isn't just about the tone of the story, but the writing itself. Masterful as always...

Honestly, thank God... You had to know that Zach was never going to be out and open with Will and that Will would never go back in the closet for anyone. This was inevitable. Maybe in 20 years, Zach will have the balls to come out, but I doubt it. I am so happy that a new story has begun. Can't wait to see what you do in this one, Mark... Just too excited.

Still sad over the loss of Valli... But glad to see that they got through going in between with no losses. D'gar did what he thought he had to do, not sure he really had to but...

So well written and the pacing was just perfect in this chapter. I am a little disappointed that Jimmy did not come completely clean with Sawyer, but not really sure that Sawyer could have handled much more. I do think he needs to know before the full moon what might happen. I really want to know who the rogue was, how close was he tied to the Alpha; or was he one of those that opposed the Alpha and was doing this to sow dissension in the pack. Was anyone else even aware of what was going on? If Sawyer goes back to work; will the others in the pack that use the bank be able to smell the change? So many questions...

A very nice story, and I guess it answered some of the questions with this chapter but I want some more answers. You need to do a postscript and give a little more information on all of what happened, those in San Francisco, was the Order destroyed, update on all of the team members from start to finish.

I have never heard of the phenomena of someone waking up and remembering things that they dreamed up while they were unconscious, sounds different but actually totally plausible.

Well, that was unexpected on several levels...

This chapter felt sweet. After so much pain, both physical and emotional, everyone needed to have some space and breathing room. Sam is just a wonder. Well written and the timing was perfect.

It was very hard to be truly on your own back then. You never knew who to really trust and any type of injury even minor could turn fatal if alone. I understand why they are going their own way but worry about them both now.

D'gar did good sort of taking charge and getting the dragons organized. I am still pissed at H'rek. This lack of organization and cohesiveness is going to cause major issues at some point.

The tears just won't stop...

I honestly blame Fergus for this. I think if he wasn't so insecure in his own leadership; he would have brought Jimmy into the pack already and Jimmy would have found the rogue before all of this happened. I do wish we knew who the rogue was....

What a wonderful chapter, so well written and the pacing was perfect; truly made my day. Granger has made sure that he has a chance to succeed in getting the Czar to at least look the other way if not forgive him for his actions in getting to Russia. Not sure how the Czar will view Daventry, was he even aware of how close to danger he truly was; or in his madness did he see himself as indestructible. So many different people involved; but all with competing interest or reasons for their actions or inactions. Can Granger and Daventry really trust any of them? Thankfully, both seem to understand how to play this game. As an amateur historian, minor in college, I can attest that the German aristocracy and royalty did have an arrogance that was not as polished and much more obvious than their counterpoints in almost any country other than France. Mark, this is truly a compelling and masterful telling of this story. A grand addition to the Bridgemont series...

Well, we knew this was coming; but it doesn't make it any easier. Don't know if it would have been kinder to wait a few days to let Coy get settled down or not. Could Boone be giving up on what Coy might feel? You really don't know what is in someone else's heart or mind; and Coy is still young, even if back then people had to grow up faster. Boone is facing a hard journey and so is Coy, both will have to learn how to deal with life without each other in their lives; at least for the time being. Great update, can't wait for the next one...

Great chapter, well written and flowed beautifully. Well, we got our first brief glimpse of the villain, but can anyone that truly loves Venice, really be all bad? Mace can't keep secrets from Vincent, his past makes that hard for him to deal with.

H'reck is a child and he is acting like one...

Don't know about the Senator but I am sure the Congressman is a Republican by his actions and word... Loved this chapter, the interaction with the humans was so well written. Can't wait for the next chapter. Keep up the excellent work.

Just when you thought that everything might be back to an even keel, another tragedy. Sam just cracks me up... Well written and can't wait to see what happens next.

This whole story just makes me sad. I don't know that I care enough about the past information to keep up with it. Will say well written and paced though...

Yikes, this was so brutal; but who was the rogue, did Jimmy know? Don't even know what to think about Sawyer, was the rogue bite bad enough to start the change? Is he strong enough to survive it, if not what will happen to Jimmy? Can Jimmy bite Sawyer and hope his bit is strong enough to cause him to change and make it work? So many questions...

Well, honestly, that went better than I expected. The Sheriff is a good man and obviously a better judge of character then most of those involved or at least sees without his heart getting in the way. Flowed wonderfully, can't wait for the next update, except I think the next few chapters might be a might sad.

Why does everyone always want to know about the possible other one; is everyone but me masochistic that way? There just isn't enough integration of the wings yet; and those that are originally from the current times need to start getting over the idea that what they think and want to do is always the right thing.

Another lovely chapter, and the pacing was so good in this one, the writing as well. I love how the ebb and flow of this relationship has gone so far; the daily minutia that really does make up the daily lives of couples have been covered here. Once again, Sam is just too cute...
