WOW. just loved everything about this chapter. Mark, you are truly a genius; and I don't say that often.

I honestly have no idea why they all were so surprised by the General going public about their escape. It makes anything they say look suspicious. It is what I would have done.

Good chapter, I went back and read the last couple of chapter; I wonder if Lessa could be a target for the plotting twosome, after all, the Gold riders use the flamethrowers and F'drun has a history with using them to get at people.

Great chapter; Granger as always seems to be able to understand how those that are in opposition to him and his goals will act and then is able to find a way to counter those moves. This chapter flowed so well. I love all the subterfuge; but do worry about the delay in getting to Daventry. Keep up the great work, Mark...

Great update; well written and moved wonderfully. I still do not trust Havel at all. Not sure it was a good idea to send Chris on a car trip without extra security.

Great story; the writing was really first rate and the pacing was excellent.

Well, that was a little touchy; you can't even trust one of the Captains? If you don't understand how a ship runs; how can you be expected to handle emergencies on board? What if something happened to the whole engineering department, would the ship just be stuck in the middle of the ocean?

Glad to see the educational courses and study that these two went through has helped them move ahead so quickly. This sounds like an assignment that could prove to be dicey.

Well, Colin is climbing the ranks very quickly; hope that he is fully prepared. Would like to know if he finished his secondary education courses and what the results were.

WOW, time flies when you are having fun. So many marvels in this time frame; some we could use now... Glad that Colin and Billy realize that they will be separated as some point, but hope they keep true to each other in their hearts.

Well written and the pacing is great. I hope they are not separated but that happens often in the service; you go where you are assigned.

Really nice of the Uncle to let Colin's family stay with him there; did we ever find out what to call him?

Glad to see that Colin has someone his age to interact with; and great that he is helping him to advance educationally. Can't get a feel for the Lt. yet, but seems like a nice guy.

Hmm, this could go in several ways; but the prologue was at least interesting enough to warrant a look.

Well, little hints of the past; did his love for this Mitchell lead to the destruction of his pack? His need for Sawyer is strong; but I have a feeling that Jimmy will only move when he judges the time to be right. So well done; flowed wonderfully, can't wait for the next update.

Still not sure that I see JJ and Carullo being together as a couple long term; can see them always being friends but they have so many issues that I just can't see either of them in a ltr right now. JJ's mood swings do still worry me; but since he is on new medication sometimes the dosage isn't exactly spot on. I am glad that Carullo was able to understand why JJ is doing this and was able to make sure that JJ knew this as well. Loved the last line; so spot on... Will and Colin are going to be good friends but not sure that Will needs anyone that has to hide who he is all the time as a significant other. I agree with one of the post above that Will will try and bring Colin and Mike closer; but not sure that is really his place. Still want to meet the crazy Aunt. Wonderful addition to the story, Mark, keep up the amazing job.

Well, dammit, that is going to take some heavy duty talking to get him out of this. I never thought about the General; but I guess he was someone that would be able to manipulate everything that needed to be done.

Not sure who will actually end up on top when that fight comes; and it will be a fight. Have to wonder if Irvin and the bitch have something to do with the rogue...

I agree with Carlos, F'drun better get some type of punishment. His actions were nothing short of out right assault.
