So Chris now has a mark for each of the first three Royal Elvish houses, I don't doubt that a fourth one will be coming as well. I have to wonder if Chris being found or maybe even being born might have triggered the return of the demons. The flow the last few chapters has just been excellent...

Ah, so Gustav was actually a demon; really did not see that coming, but not surprised by it either. Well written chapter and it flowed wonderfully.

Would think that after so many have attacked Chris and his dad or friends and then just disappeared; that someone would realize that Chris is much more than he seems.

Honestly, Chris immaturity and disregard for others has been evident throughout the story. Since he was young and the protagonist, everyone sort of overlooked it; but I warned many chapters ago that it was going to come back to bite him and others...

Now only one uncle left to meet up with; I am glad that Chris is finally getting meet more than just the King and Yal. Chris is going to have to learn a whole new level of political and social behavior.

Hmmm, well seems like Gustav and Victor have different takes on their past. I feel that Gustav is going to be an issue; and I don't think getting rid of the Blood Army insurgents is going to be as easy as everyone thinks.
