"Man in Motion," follows Be Rad and begins in 1985. To most Americans, 1985 was about the second Reagan term and the economic boom that was following the stagnant 70's. The culture was wrapped up in materialism, so it's no wonder that Madonna's "Material Girl" was popular then. Then there is this parallel culture, the gay culture, reeling from the onslaught of AIDS.

"If It Fits" is the 7th installment in the Chronicles of an Academic Predator series. The story starts in 1995, a year packed with events like the Oklahoma City bombing, and the OJ Simpson Murder Trial.

Millennium is the tenth story in the CAP Saga. Brad is the narrator, and takes us from 1999 into 2000. Many of the characters in this story were introduced in “Chronicles of an Academic Predator,” “1968,” “The Land Whore,” “Be Rad,” “Man in Motion,” “A Summer Love,” “If It Fits,” “Bloodlines,” and “The Box.” You don't have to read them before this story, but it will give you a deeper insight into those characters and their pasts.

Ian is the last boy at 319 Winesap Lane and he doesn't have any adults interested in fostering him. In an act of desperation, he uses a very sharp chef's knife to make the ultimate cut.

Harlon Eldrick's mother is dying of recurrent breast cancer and wants him to go tell his father. Harlon lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and his father lives across the country in a small collection of buildings called Black Dog, Washington. Harlon wants to make this an adventure. He will take the train to Chicago and hitchhike from there to Black Dog. It's been over a week, since Harlon left Chicago on a trip that's been anything but an adventure. He is welcomed into a semi by Steve Lennard for what he hopes is his last ride.

Jake’s Side is a continuation of Jake's Hand, which looks at the same story from Jake’s point of view.

Nearly thirty years ago, the Greek compose Vangelis released the "Direct" album. One of the songs on the album was "Intergalactic Radio Station" and I've always thought "what a great name for a story." But, time came and went and I never seemed to get the proper incentive to take that title and manipulate it into words. Until now . . .
