Life is fascinating. It is both joyful and painful and everything in between, but there are lessons to be learned, and yes, treasures to be found. If we ever think we are in control, we are mistaken, but that is the beauty of our journeys. I hope you find something in these poems to give you pause, to make you think, or to make you feel.

Furthermore, he has Anthony, a "personal tormentor" of the past few years. He isn't sure why Anthony seemingly singles him out, but he doesn't care. It just makes it easier to hate him. A chance encounter, however, will show them that they have more in common than they realize.

With so much of himself wrapped up in a boy that isn't really there anymore, Conner isn't sure he can handle dealing with life in general and starting new relationships, or even hang onto old ones without losing his mind.
