Levi is just sitting on the back of his truck in a cornfield, chatting with and being chatted up by a good looking guy when the song he's been thinking of all day comes on the radio. Music might be the food of love, but only country and western makes the stars spin around when you dance.

The streets are empty; children sleep snuggly and safely in their beds. Parents are watching the latest episode of Chicago Fire, but Gavin is skateboarding alone, heading for Wickham Bridge. The local meet up spot, where junkies hang out hoping to shoot up, and individuals with darker motives prowl, waiting in the shadows. Gavin knows who is waiting. He must make a decision. Will it be good or bad?

It is here where he meets Dave, the bartender, and Clara, the perceptive owner. Everyone says to stay out of the woods. They say that it's dangerous to play in there, especially alone. I don't know why they are so afraid. I find the woods to be quite peaceful. Besides, Jacob is there.

Boston boy Liam gets a bit drunk and disorderly on his sixteenth birthday, and in response his parents move their entire life to La Fayette, Georgia. Stuck in the middle of nowhere with no friends and nothing to do, Liam needs to learn how have fun outside of the city. After all, there's always something goin' down in a nothin' town.
