Alexei Vardos (Lexi) suddenly found himself alone, as the man he's loved for years ran away with no explanation.

Flux continues the CAP series in 2002, where everyone is still trying to cope with the horrible aftermath of 9-11, and is trying to move on with their lives. Many of the characters in this story were introduced in prior stories.

Creatures of God can seek sanctuary at churches, but supernaturals have to search out a Rectory Office to find somewhere safe to sleep. James is wet, tired and hungry when he arrives at the Office run by the accommodating young Peter, and once warm, dry and fed, they both have pleasure on their minds.

Andrew is a shy vampire, who is nervous around crowds. Jamie is an outgoing witch who always has people around him. Can a relationship work between them, especially when someone else has his eye on Andrew???
